Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify a few points, as some of the information provided is not entirely accurate.
The initial lack of communication was due to the contact number you provided to UKCaravans4Hire, rather than an issue on my side. Once correct contact details were exchanged, we were in regular communication in the days leading up to your booking.
I did not receive any messages or missed calls from you regarding the cooker or heating during your stay. Our cleaner has confirmed that instructions for the heating are located inside the boiler cupboard door. In addition, Butlins provides guest services on-site, and all relevant information is included in the welcome pack should any issues arise.
I am pleased to hear that you were happy with the caravan overall and that you found the location convenient.
