The prices as displayed include passes for up to 6 guests on family, midweek and tots breaks.
Adult breaks include 4 adults.
Extra passes can be purchased once booking has been confirmed we can send an amendment for additional passes.
Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening sliding doors on to fully enclosed gated veranda with patio table and chairs.
We are child friendly and we can supply at no additional cost if needed, a high chair, travel cot and child's plastic plates, bowls and cups etc, we do also supply for your use whilst at the caravan several DVDs.
Lounge - There is ample contemporary furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with stools and electric fire.
Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan.
All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans.
Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.
Coffee dolce gusto machine available for guests use (no pods provided).
Dining Area -free-standing table and 4 chairs.
Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed, also ensuite wc and sink.
2 x Twin bedrooms with beds that can be pushed together to create double beds.
All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.
Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost if required.
Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.
Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin and cabinet.
Veranda - gated veranda with table and chairs with closeable and lockable gate with beautiful lakeside views.
Situation - The caravan is situated in a very quiet area of Butlins on Lakeside Crescent.
Private parking at side of the caravan for 1 vehicle.
Butlins policy is any further cars must be parked in the main car parks.
We provide free WIFI subject to signal availability.
Once full payment has been made we submit all booking details to Butlins and they will email you direct with check in information and we will email the keycode on the day of arrival.
