“Did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time.”

Old furniture that was sticky, dusty and dirty and smelly. Cobwebs everhwhere. The carpet/rug and floor was absolutely disgusting, we all wore shoes so we didn't have to go barefoot. As soon as we walked in the smell of cigarettes and foust hit us hard in the face and continued to linger even after using plenty of air freshner. As soon as we walked in the smell of cigarettes and foust hit us hard in the face and continued to linger even after using plenty of air freshner. The shower hose leaked, the shower mat was revolting, so we wore flipflops in the shower, but even after having a shower we all still felt grubby. The beds were uncomfortable and the plastic matteress covers just made you sweat and so you were then left with a damp bed to sleep in. It's appaling how someone can take hard working peoples money and not make any effort at all to make a clean and welcoming holiday place for families to stay. Putting out a couple of poxy welsh cakes is the last thing you need to do. You would think with Covid going on aswell , the hygeine standards would be over the top but I don't think hygeine's ever been on your agenda, EVER! Will never be going back there again. The surrounding area however was okay and there were beautiful areas to visit but we couldn't enjoy our holiday fully because of where we had to stay.
