The property

We are on a quiet holiday park, just 7 minutes from New Quay beach.

We have 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

Bathroom with shower, large fully kitchen including microwave, toaster, kettle and air fryer and under counter fridge/freezer.

We provide bedding, 1 hand towel in the bathroom, 1 hand towel and 1 tea towel in the kitchen.

We have hand wash in the bathroom and kitchen and 1 toilet roll is supplied.

We have decking with a 9 seater furniture set and parasol as we have sun on that side from around 11am until the evening.

We have use of 2 parks, the sister park is 2 minutes away, it has an outdoor heated swimming pool, heated indoor pool, large playground, football area, BBQ area, clubhouse and arcades.

The park where the caravan is has a heated outdoor pool.

We are a 2 minute walk to a well stocked local shop and opposite there is a pub with lovely food with the option of eating in or takeaway.

We have a TV in the lounge and 1 in the master bedroom.

This delightful seaside town is one of the most popular holiday resorts all year round, and it is easy to see why when you stroll along the sea edge and enjoy the beautiful views.
