Caravan itself was lovely and clean with lots of nice homely touches. Free WiFi along with Alexa and Netflix. Will definitely be booking again.

“Beautiful Caravan.”

Lovely views. Very comfortable living area. Lovely bedroom. Would have asked for lamps next to bed as getting into bed once light off was difficult to manoeuvre. Apart from that perfect. Will definitely be booking again. Kay and Louis excellent hosts brilliant communication from start to finish. Thank you for a peaceful lovely stay

“Had a fantastic week here last week, the caravan was beautiful and the beds very comfy!”

My son who is 5 was incredibly impressed with all the toys! We had one rainy day and he had a ball with them, perfect location, amazing sea views, if you are into going to the club it’s perfect for walking back. We loved sitting on the decking of an evening watching the sun go down. The owners clearly care about their guests my only issue is there was no guest book to brag in! Hopefully will be booking with you again next year

“This is an excellent caravan on a superb pitch.”

The views are stunning and it’s only a minute to the sandy beach and the entertainment complex. But it’s very quiet as well. Host was brilliant. WiFi was very reliable too. You will really enjoy staying here!

It was a rainy week, but this caravan had so many toys, my daughter was kept occupied for the whole week and didn’t even play with them all. I would highly recommend this caravan for a family with children.

“Our family with a 7 year old and 2 year old had a great September weekend at this caravan for a birthday treat.”

The weather was beautiful and the bay looked great. Wonderful sea views. It was really special to walk on the beach in the evening and day, being a few minutes walk away. The owner Louis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish, advising on activities we could book. We really enjoyed the ranger walk and seeing the next bay. The caravan is full of mod cons and we enjoyed Alexa with party tunes when we arrived and some Netflix films in the evening. There are lots of toys and games for the children to enjoy. The pool is pleasant and all staff we met at Lydstep were friendly. Look forward to returning.

“Lovely, clean and beautifully positioned caravan.”

30 secs from beach and track to cliff top in a quiet and well managed site. Great toys and games for kids and plenty of things to do nearby- adventure parks etc. When it rained , we had good wi Fi and Netflix etc....The owners were extremely helpful in the booking process and even went out of their way to help us when we forgot our towels!

The property

The Lydstep Holiday Park* includes the Celtic Haven Health Spa which is open all year and includes a range of treatments, packages and swimming pool (£extra) As well as 365 day access to the beach the site also has three childrens play parks.

The caravan is a 38x12, 2017 Prestige Grade caravan on a prime location pitch complemented by glass decking to ensure the glorious see view is not obstructed in anyway. There are three bedrooms; the master includes king size bed, dressing table and ensuite, there are two twins which can be pushed together to make a king size and a sofabed in the lounge. The lounge includes a 32" SmartvTV/DVD Combo and a Nintendo Wii and also there is a 24" Smart TV/DVD in the master bedroom, both have catup TV and Netflix.

There is also full mains gas central heating, double glazing and patio doors to the balcony.

The kitchen is well stocked with a large fridge and full size freezer, Nesspresso coffee machine, microwave and upgraded full size electric oven/grill and gas hob.

Plus all the pots and pans you would need. Combi boiler provides instant hot water as required.

The site includes 3 play parks and a beach which can all be accessed at no extra cost.
