The property

Summer Holiday availability This modern, deluxe 2020 caravan has a large lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms provide room for 4 people, one large double room with lots of storage and an en suite toilet, and one twin room with storage.

A pull out double in the lounge is also available. All bedding will be provided, as well as hand towels & bathmat for bathroom. There is a family shower room with toilet, hand basin, large shower and vanity unit. The spacious lounge includes a large corner sofa and dining area, a 40" SmartTV, which you can use to access streaming services (logins to these are not included), unlimited WiFi is available in the caravan at no extra cost. The deluxe caravan includes a safe, gated veranda, which includes outside furniture, where guests can enjoy the view of Lydstep Beach and Caldy Island.

The caravan is a 35x12, 2020 Swift Loire caravan on a prime location pitch with sea view. Parking is available for two cars next to the caravan.

Gas and electric included in cost, however passes will be required for swimming pool and clubhouse on site. The site has a modern clubhouse indoor heated swimming pool with children’s and adult entertainment, restaurant and lots of outside activities.

Entertainment passes available at Lydstep Reception. The Lydstep Holiday Park includes the Celtic Haven Health Spa which is open all year and includes a range of treatments, packages, swimming pool and Italian Restaurant. The caravan is a 1 minute walk to Lydstep Beach.

The Blue Flag awarded beach is safe and clean, suitable for swimming and a range of water activities.

You are able to hire a range of water sports equipment on the site.

As well as 365 day access to the beach the site also has three children’s play parks.

We are now trailing small dogs only.

We are unable to accept group bookings from those 21 and under.

Also Haven do not allow single sex group bookings.

No smoking.

You are responsible for your own holiday insurance against accident or damage of personal property and against the unlikely event of the park having to close completely or in parts. You can occupy the caravan from 3pm on arrival day until 10:30am on day of departure to allow for cleaning.

I will inform you if caravan vacant before or after this to allow you more time. A £50 refundable breakage deposit is required. *Covid 19 information* If the holiday park closes due to lockdown restrictions a refund or deferment of holiday will be available.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.
