The property

Immaculate 2018 premium model with beautiful panoramic views across Lydstep Bay, and to Caldey Island.

Lydstep Beach is an award-winning Holiday Park in a fabulous location within the gorgeous Pembrokeshire National Park.

The park offers breathtaking views and a relaxing setting and is packed with facilities to please the whole family.

On the park, you'll find the charming Manor House, home to a restaurant, entertainment hub, and even a climbing wall for the adventurous. With a stunning Blue Flag beach on the doorstep, leaving the soft sandy beach may be hard, but the park has much to offer, from the indoor pool, which promises fun whatever the weather and organised activities for adults and children alike.

Park Ranger-led walks, nature trails, fencing coaching, and Jet Ski hire are some available activities. Offsite the region has several castles, parks, other beautiful beaches, and gardens to explore and the medieval city of Tenby is well worth a visit, with cafes, restaurants, and a variety of independent shops. About your accommodation: Externally the caravan benefits from a large well-maintained decking area, with outdoor furniture and exterior lights.

Patio doors lead from the fully enclosed decking into a spacious open-plan living with reclining sofas, dining, and kitchen. A fire is available in the lounge for additional heat during the cooler months and the double glazing and central heating make the caravan perfect for year-round holidays. Wifi is supplied via Starlink, ensuring a stable connection, with a 43" TV and Amazon Firestick with access to many different channels. The fully fitted kitchen has a 4 seater dining table, a gas hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, kitchen accessories, and ample storage. In the Master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed, dressing table with mirror and hairdryer, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite shower room.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together to form a double if required, wardrobe, and storage space.

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin.

Pillows and duvets are provided.

However, sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels are not included. The caravan has its own private parking, alongside the caravan for 2 cars. The clubhouse and children's playground are a short walk away, as are the onsite shop and launderette. The caravan is pet friendly allowing two well-behaved dogs and we kindly ask that guests provide their own dog blankets and do not allow dogs on the beds. We are a non-smoking caravan and only accept couples or families, and we do not accept bookings for those 21 and under.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

About the location

TENBY

Pembroke 11 miles; Carmarthen 26 miles.

The bustling seaside resort of Tenby, known within Wales as “The Jewel in the Crown", is majestically positioned on the spectacularly beautiful 'Welsh Riviera'. Tenby is part of the stunning 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, where the water is warmed by the Gulf Stream and the county is one of the sunniest places in the UK. Enclosed by medieval walls, this beautiful town features a maze of cobbled streets, hosting an array of quirky shops, an indoor locally-sourced food market, tea rooms, and tempting restaurants. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for! A boat trip to Caldey Island is recommended to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the monastery and island scenery, and you can enjoy seal and puffin sightings en-route! Explore the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House, or visit the nearby resorts of Saundersfoot or Manorbier. Folly Farm offers everything from old-fashioned fairground rides to animals both local and exotic! The perfect location for an enjoyable and varied holiday.
