It has a nicely equipped kitchen, with fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, Microwave, Air Fryer and all utensils, crockery and cutlery that's required.
There is a separate dining area, with extending table and a large lounge area, with spacious well laid out L shaped seating, a modern TV, games console, DVD Player and DVDs.
There is also a selection of board games for use.
Outside, the caravan benefits from a large decking area, plus separate paved patio and grassed areas.
There is also a gas BBQ for use, several external chairs and tables and a large storage box with outdoor toys and beach equipment.
The caravan is situated on the 5-star rated Manorbier Country Park.
The site is small, but boasts many facilities, including a well sized clubhouse, with separate bar, restaurant, and nightly entertainment.
There is also a games room, and a conservatory, as well as a pleasant outside seating area.
The site also benefits from a heated indoor swimming pool, a well-equipped gymnasium, tennis courts and a laundry room.
There are two children's play areas and a shop for essentials alongside the site reception.
Manorbier Country Park is just a five-minute drive (or a pleasant walk) from the beautiful Manorbier Beach, with its lovely castle and church.
There are many other beautiful beaches and coves to explore nearby.
The fine resort of Tenby is just a 7-mile drive away, as is Pembroke with its own magnificent castle.
Both can also be reached by train, the station being just a five-minute walk away.
There are many family attractions within easy driving distance too, including Folly Farm, Oakwood and Heatherton, to name just a few.

You will need to bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.
You will also need to bring your own towels and tea towels.
A Security Bond of £100 will be added to the price of your holiday, this will be refunded following a clear inspection of the caravan.
If using the BBQ, there is a requirement to clean this after use, otherwise the sum of £50 will be deducted from the bond.
As this caravan is primarily let during the high season, bookings are normally accepted for 7 nights - Saturday to Saturday.
