A 40-inch TV with freeview and DVD player with a selection of children DVDs and games stored in the cupboard below.
A Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge freezer kettle, and all utensils that you will require during your stay.
The bathroom has a large size shower with a wash basin.
The caravan has Electric Heating throughout with a gas fire in the lounge.
It is fitted with both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
Outside there is a modernized wrap-around decked area with seating and a lockable gate.
There is an allocated parking space outside.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN.
NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS CARAVAN.
There is a £100 damage/respect bond which will be refunded as long as the caravan is left in the same state that it was found.
Holidays can be of any length with a minimum number of 3-night stays.

It is a mile walk to the harbor where you can often sit and spot dolphins in the sea or enjoy a boat ride across Cardigan Bay to get even closer.
