The property

Gwent 4a is a three-bedroom Willerby Legacy caravan with white wrap-around decking.

There is off-road parking for one car.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms.

The spacious and very comfortable lounge area has sofas on both sides and a 40inch smart screen TV in the lounge, private Wi-Fi which can access streaming channels such as your own Netflix, YouTube, etc, please note Wi-Fi can be intermittent at busy times, There is full central heating throughout, plus an electric flamed fire in the lounge.

One small well-behaved dog permitted.

But not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms, please.

The open plan well-equipped kitchen area has full size 4 ring gas cooker with a separate oven and grill with an extractor fan over the top, an Integrated full size fridge freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee maker, Air fryer, George Formen mini grill, and all necessary cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware plus plenty cupboard and storage space, has a round dining table that seats 6 people.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with fitted TVs and integrated DVD players plus Freeview , also a large selection of DVDs, board games, There is a family shower room with shower, WC and basin, plus an additional WC and basin adjacent to the twin bedrooms.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen and towels must be brought by guests. There is garden furniture on the decking area with fantastic views across Cardigan Bay. High chair available on request, Bookings Friday to Friday for 7 nights, short breaks available on request, not at peak season. Entertainment passes: These are not provided but may be purchased from the park reception office on arrival if required. Pets: One small well-behaved dog is permitted, but not on furniture or in the bedrooms. Activity and entertainment passes have been generally available at the park office to all private rental guests.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
