The property

A fantastic family caravan park located in the coastal town of New Quay West Wales.

The site has so many facilities to suit the whole family.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor activities including amusement arcade, ten pin bowling,indoor pool with slide and Jacuzzi .

Outside facilities include Outdoor pool, Mini golf, archery, childrens play area, and direct access to the beach. The caravan is sited in a quiet part of the park, with no passing traffic whilst also being close to the amenities and beach. the caravan has wrap around decking with large patio doors to open when the weather is nice. The caravan has three bedrooms the main has en-suite the second and third bedrooms both have single beds.

The main bathroom has a large shower sink and toilet. With an open plan kitchen diner you get a large fridge and freezer full gas cooker, oven and grill,microwave , kettle and toaster , plenty of kitchen utensils crockery and glassware. the lounge area has a 40 inch TV a nice corner suite which can pull out into a double bed. We Do not supply bedding or towels so you would need to bring sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers .

All our main bedroom areas have mattress,pillow and duvet protectors.

Entertainment and activity passes have been generally available from the main park office for all private rental guests.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
