The property

This 6-berth Swift caravan has lovely views of Cardigan Bay and the picturesque village of New Quay.

It is situated in a quiet area of Haven's Quay West holiday park yet just a short walk to all of the site's amenities and a 10-minute walk to the beautiful New Quay beach. The caravan is double-glazed with central heating - making it ideal for stays at any time of the year..

For those lovely summer days and evenings there is 3/4 wrap-around decking accessible from the patio doors and outdoor furniture.

With two seating areas it is possible to enjoy the sun all day.

The caravan has a smart TV and free wifi.

There are two car parking spaces situated next to the caravan. This caravan can accommodate up to 6 people, with a double bed, ensuite and TV in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom.

The wrap-around kitchen has a full size hob and cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle.

It has crockery and cutlery for 6 people and a good range ofcooking utensils. Linen - sheets, pillow cases and pillow cases - are provided and beds made up on arrival.

Holidays can be any length, with a minimum of 3 nights.

We require a £100 security bond which is held by UK Caravans 4 Hire, which will be fully refunded within 5 days as long as the caravan is left in the condition it was when you arrived. At New Quay holiday park there is a laundrette, Co-op store, Papa Johns Pizza, Mash and Barrel pub and restaurant and amusement arcade.

Quay West Holiday Park has plenty of activities to keep children busy including indoor and outdoor pools, crazy golf, aerial adventure, archery, bungee trampolining, outdoor play area, amusement arcade.

Entertainment and swimming pool passes are not included in the price but can be purchased directly from Haven (Mon -Fri pass, Fri- Mon pass, or 7 day pass for Friday and Saturday arrivals). Newquay is ideal for those who enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking and swimming in the sea and is a top spot for dolphin sightings in Cardigan Bay.

It is home to Britain's largest resident population of dolphins.

Its central location also makes it an ideal base from which to explore the whole of Wales.
