The property

Our caravan is located in Powys a quiet area of the Quaywest Holiday Park with the beach a short walk in one direction and the park amenities a short walk in the other. It is a fully central heated caravan with double glazing, sliding patio doors and veranda area where you can see views of the Sea and the close by town of Newquay. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, television, small dressing table and hairdryer. A further two bedrooms each have two single beds and fitted wardrobes.

The beds are free standing so can be rearranged to create a double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, that includes all utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and hoover. Outside, there is decking to the side and the front of the caravan with patio furniture available.

There is parking space for cars. There is a refundable respect bond of £100 This is a privately owned Caravan.

We kindly ask that you take care of the Caravan and the things in it.

We prefer shoes not to be worn on carpeted areas. 7-night breaks are also available.

This delightful seaside town is one of the most popular holiday resorts all year round, and it is easy to see why when you stroll along the sea edge and enjoy the beautiful views. The lovely range of gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs offer all you need, while boat trips are a wonderful opportunity to spot the playful dolphins, seals and other rare animals and birds that inhabit the bay's sheltering waters. The famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls.
