“I stayed in this caravan with my wife and 2 kids towards the end of 2024.”

It was an amazing experience and everything I could have wanted in a caravan stay. The path to the beach is literally 5 seconds from the front door, which was great for the kids. A nice, quiet park of the park with hardly any cars, so very safe area for the kids. Caravan looked brand news and was spotless and had everything we needed in terms of amenities (washing machine, TVs, cooker, microwave etc) and had 3 large bedrooms. Amazing views over the coast into New Quay town also and even though we were there later in the year, we had the sun up until sunset right on the caravan, which made a big difference. Highly recommend if you are looking for a family holiday. 10/10

“Just returned from a fantastic stay at Newquay after a few years of going abroad.”

The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need, even bedding was supplied. The view from the decking was just amazing, had to eat my breakfast there every morning! And we made good use of the binoculars dolphin spotting every day. Wayne was so helpful, we really were grateful for everything, definitely the best caravan we've stayed at in Newquay, thank you so much ????

“A beautiful, immaculate caravan, full of home comforts.”

Spent 5 wonderful days here with my elderly parents. Loved it so much we have booked again next year. The caravan is warm, spacious, with a fantastic view over Newquay Harbour. The sunsets and sunrises are truly amazing. Wayne and Joanne are so accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful home. Xx

“We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Wayne's caravan.”

From contacting Wayne to the end of the holiday we couldn't have been better looked after. Wayne was really helpful in obtaining a priority pass for us for the site which saved us money on various things. The caravan couldn't be faulted, tastefully decorated, clean, a brilliant view over the bay including the Dolphins most days and everything you would need. We would definitely stay again and recommend this caravan. Only thing wrong was the weather which was out of Wayne's hands even so we have had a brilliant time.

“We’ve just returned from a week at this lovely holiday park.”

The communication before our holiday was good and Wayne kept in touch when we were travelling over to the site. The caravan is lovely, modern and has the best views of the park. We’ve stayed in other caravans on this site, but this view was the best and we were lucky enough to see the Dolphins every morning from the decking. Our children loved their holiday so much we had tears when we had to leave. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this van for a holiday. The owners treat you like friends and we really appreciated the passes and privileged card which saved us money over the week.

“We have just returned from our stay in Wayne's caravan in Newquay, we love the area and have visited many times.”

The caravan is excellent ! everything you could possibly need is right there . Wayne was great throughout the booking staying in touch to make sure we were happy with how things were going and that we knew were everything was in the caravan . Wayne sorted out an owners guest pass for us and we got complimentary funworks passes saving us a fair amount of money , and we got owners discount too in the mash and barrel and for all the activities - brilliant cheers Wayne . The site is great we have stayed many times in many different caravans but this caravan has got to be the best , the view from the decking is fantastic ! you can see right from Newquay town and harbour right around the coast to the Lleyn Peninsular and spot the dolphins whilst sat on the deck furniture with a glass of something chilled . Wayne called me and told me where his binoculars where too so we could get an even better view of the dolphins - nice touch . We had a great holiday , weather was brilliant , caravan was excellent , Wayne was so helpful throughout - we would love to stay at the caravan again and will be getting back in touch to re book . Thanks again for letting us stay and for all the help

“Immaculate caravan in a great location with beautiful views.”

Wayne was very helpful before arrival and messaged while we were there to make sure everything was ok. We were even left a couple of bottles of wine to celebrate our wedding day which we thought was a lovely gesture. The caravan has everything you could possibly want and need inside. We have stayed in many caravans at Quay West but this one is by far the best, we will definitely be returning, thank you for letting us stay.

“Great caravan, right on the end of row, so not overlooked by others.”

Great view's across the sea. Good base to go to different beaches, we used Penbryn beach most of the time. Owner of caravan is really helpful & made sure we had passes for the club facilities too. Would definitely stay in this caravan again.

The property

Hire our newnewly 6 berth static caravan (located at Pembroke 37) sited at Quay West Holiday Park with an amazing view into New Quay town.

The caravan is just a few feet away from the main park path down to the beach, so access is super quick and easy.

The caravan is perfectly positioned to get direct sun light all day, with the caravan not going into shadow until the sun has fully set.

Caravan comes with 3 comfortable bedrooms comprising of a master bedroom (king sized double bed) which has access to en-suite toilet, wash basin and a walk in closet.

There are an additional two bedrooms with 2 large single beds in each bedroom.

The caravan has a family bathroom with shower/toilet and an open plan living and kitchen/dining room area. All facilities are available to make your break as comfortable as possible. A wrap, around dealing, table and chairs and patio area are also at your disposal with a private parking bay (additional overflow parking for a second car is available just a few seconds walk away). This caravan also comes with a fully operational washing machine.

If you are staying with kids, you will find it a life saver, as you will no longer have to wash clothes by hand or find a laundrette.

The caravan also comes with free dedicated WiFi.
