“We had a few issues with this caravan.”
On initial arrival the caravan smelt heavily of dogs. It is a pet friendly caravan but the soft furnishings could do with a really good clean. The mattresses are all stained, They look like they have been trampled over by dirty animals. The double bed in the main bedroom, the mattress is horrendous, dips at the head so you feel like you are sleeping upside down. We paid the owner £25 privately for linen via bank transfer, when we arrived the beds hadn’t been made up. Her response was that we could use the linen under the main bed in the bedroom, this linen was all screwed up, mixed with dirty clothes and not matching. Not exactly what you want from a holiday. We then hired it from haven for £6 for 5 people so what the owner was charging was unreasonable. On a side note I never received the £25 back despite asking multiple times.
The caravan is well kitted out with pots and pans although the top oven/grill the control is broken so difficult to turn on, we couldn’t use it. The location is good, short walk to the beach path. We love Tenby but we wouldn’t come back to this caravan. Too dirty and not looked after very well.
