“We have just come home from a lovely stay at Andrew and Justine caravan.”

They are both extremely helpful and Andrew let us into the caravan electronically which I thought was good. Easy to use the door card for locking. The caravan was clean and tidy .we enjoyed our 4 days there.

“We couldn’t fault this caravan, it was so clean and tidy, and such a beautiful van to stay in with our 6 year old and our dog.”

Had a lovely little verandah too with pretty fairy lights so I especially loved the night time to just stare out and enjoy looking at them, yes I am weird like that lol. Made me feel as peace. The owners of the caravan were so lovely I got the pleasure of meeting them on arrival, they showed me around and how to use the key for the door and heating etc. they were so lovely, any issues with anything they said I can message them, which we did but we didn’t have any faults or issues with the caravan, just wanted the wifi code which they sent over. The caravan is in a nice quiet area we didn’t have any noise from people walking back from the clubhouse, and it wasn’t far to walk either to the food places/ swimming etc. Over all such a lovely holiday we had and it really does make a difference with your holiday if you have the best accommodation which we felt we did! We loved it and can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you both so much for trusting us with your lovely caravan.

“Honestly- don’t bother!”

We had such a lovely holiday and yet the owner has completely ruined our experience! We came in July 2023 with a teenager and a dog! When we turned up the caravan is disgusting. There’s missing parts, stains on carpets and oven hood doesn’t work. We made the owner aware of the bits we noticed. When it came to getting the security deposit back, it was withheld. This was due to a stain on the carpet, a broken bed and the disgusting smell of dog! The smell came from the hoover in the master bedroom wardrobe- don’t use it- it’s disgusting and needs to be replaced! There’s stains all over the carpet and we’re there when we got there but as it’s of friendly- we thought “that’s fair enough” and the broken bed we were not aware of. I messaged the owner asking why this was held, was told the cleaner has told him this is the case- waited for a reply and then got ignored (probably in the hope it would go away!) After being back from our holiday for nearly 7 weeks, I’d had enough of being ignored that I logged a complaint with UKcaravans. The owner has stated that we should have made them aware of every single little thing that was wrong (that would have taken up our whole holiday) and that he was not told about the stains or the bed- even though we weren’t aware of the bed!!!! Beware all- pretty sure the cleaner and owner have a scam going on here- probably share half the money! Check everything- make sure you write down every single issue with that van. Either that or don’t expect you’re £100 deposit back! Owners- hope that money brings you lots of luck in the future.

“Stayed here the 21st August for 4 nights and had the most amazing time.”

. The entry to the Caravan was easy, arrived just after 3pm and called the Owner, Andy who electronically let us in and directed us to where the key card was and provided a clear outline on how to use.,, The caravan is spacious and was very clean making our stay amazing.. A couple of rainy days but because the veranda has a cover we were able to sit outside which was a fantastic benefit as we noticed a lot of the caravans don’t have a cover to be able to do this.. Andy was always contactable even at 11:30 on the last evening when we accidentally left the key card in the caravan.. we were let in within a minute which was fantastic.. The caravan is located close to the entry of the park and in a quiet area which was fantastic but still only a couple of minutes walk to the entertainment .. I would highly recommend this caravan and the service was fantastic and will def look to see if this one is available in future. Thanks

“I recently attended the Ironman Tenby event and was lucky enough to find this Caravan to stay in over the weekend.”

From start to finish the experience was great, caravan lovely and clean with all the mod cons needed. Entrance was provided remotely by calling a number and inside I was directed to the fob the gain access later. We opted to pay for the WiFi which was reasonable for the weekend if I remember correctly about £10. The position was perfect as the garage and main road were 2 minutes away for supplies and spectating after popping back for some bacon sandwiches following the swim in the Harbour. The bike segment comes past Kiln Park entrance so was a great to be able to sit roadside and pop back when needed. Overall we had a great time and found the owners and everyone we dealt with helpful.

Quiet spot caravan pitch and lovely tranquil view of wooded area and bunnies hopping first thing in Kiln Park. Clean and well kept caravan. Washing machine in caravan was great idea.

“We love Kiln park and have stayed in vans booked through Haven and privately owned vans, Sometimes when booked through Haven you never know where on the site the van is, but I knew where Andys van was so I booked it, I'm so glad I did.”

Its on a lovely part of the park and on a huge plot, really close to everything but also very peaceful. Lovely large van and veranda, great communication with owners, everything inside you needed. Didn't want to come home!

“We’ve loved staying at Kiln park, Tenby.”

We booked a private caravan no 3 St Mary’ view. The caravan was all ready for us when we arrived. I like the system Andy & Justine have with opening/ locking the caravan up. Both at hand if I needed them. It’s situated on a lovely part of the park. The park is huge and as a well stocked shop and Cooke’s fish and chips are the best we’ve tasted in a long time. Booking was very easy, all done online it’s UK caravan. I think my younger grandchildren would love it here also. There’s lot to do for family’s

“Nice enough caravan away from it all right by the entrance.”

Could do with some TLC as shabby in places - stains on furniture, broken handles etc. **please be wary** if you hire this caravan please check it thoroughly when you arrive and take photographic evidence!! The owner won’t return my security bond as the toilet seat was broken when we arrived but because I didn’t report it straight away with evidence I can’t have my money back!! Feels like we were easy targets to blame breakages on as we have young children
