    “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiln Park.”

    The caravan was lovely with a big master bedroom.. The kitchen area had everything available and more. Steve was a great help and sorted any queries that we had. We were located in a nice spot convenient for the beach and a walk into Tenby. We were impressed with the clubhouse layout.

The property

An immaculate, Haven Silver Grade,family owned 2 bedroom caravan that has free Wi Fi with unlimited use.

The caravan is sited on a quiet, sunny pitch with outdoor seating and bistro table on the decking and a large picnic table on the grass area at the side of the caravan.

A parasol is also included. There is easy access to the beach, 10 minute walk, and a 15/20 minute walk to Tenby town centre. The site shop, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, entertainment complex and outdoor activities, climbing wall, mini golf, tennis courts etc are also within a 10 minute walk.

The large main bedroom has a king size bed, tv, wardrobe, drawers and a dressing table with mirror along with underbed storage area.

There is also ample space for a travel cot in this bedroom, not supplied, but the maximum guest occupancy must not be more than 6, including those using the travel cot. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, a side cupboard and a wall mirror. There is a pull out sprung double bed in the lounge area enabling it to accommodate 6. The accommodation has a large bathroom with a full size enclosed shower complete with full height sliding door, wc, vanity basin and cupboard.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated fridge/freezer, air fryer, gas hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, a full range of cooking utensils and ample storage cupboards and storage space In addition to full gas central heating and double glazed windows, the lounge has a large L shaped seating area with a flame effect fire, Smart TV, dining table and seating for 6, and pull out sprung double bed and storage areas under seating. All bedding is supplied; duvets (2 x singles, 1 x king, 1 x double), duvet covers, pillows, pillowcases and mattress protectors.

Towels and tea towels are not supplied. Arrival after 3pm Friday or Saturday, and departures/check out by 10 am - No pets, No smoking, No vaping, No same sex groups. 3 and 4 night breaks also available with flexible book in and check out days Entertainment passes: These are not included but we are happy to provide support and assistance in obtaining these passes, if required.
