A full width and wrap around deck area with all new deck furniture including table and four chairs.
At ground level there's a new wooden bench and table set up for your use if you fancied eating outside.
We have a newly installed tarmac driveway for your family car.
Brand new this year, and really well appointed modern design and colours / materials with toaster, microwave, dishwasher, wall mounted TV & DVD in the lounge and main bedroom.
Full size fridge freezer, gas hob and oven and a full inventory of cutlery, crockery, saucepans and utensils (just in case you fancied cooking).
Take a look at the home layout in the photos section - the main bedroom is ensuite and has a dedicated vanity area with stool, supported by a family bathroom and shower with LED lighting.
All bedrooms have storage for your stay.
All areas have double glazing and central heating should your stay be at the beginning or end of the season...
the benefit of a brand new home is the level of insulation - not like many older homes where temperature control can be difficult.
A boiler with thermostatic control is in place to keep you comfy.
We want you to enjoy yourselves and you can be as busy OR as chilled as you want to be.
Penally Court is well placed, just a few minutes drive from Kiln Park and then into Tenby town centre.
Some really good restaurants or takeaways if you prefer and we're happy to offer a few recommendations.
You can walk for miles on the beaches or coastal walks or you can buy your leisure passes on the main park to take part in all kinds of activities - archery, swimming, bug hunts, bungee trampoline, various craft activities, age specific football kickabouts, junior Segways, pedal kart hire to name a few.
WiFi is available, integrated and FREE to use.
We regularly use our Apple TV unit in the caravan and have zero issues.
Please note: Pillows and quilts are provided but no bed linen or personal towels etc.
