“Booked for a week stayed one night.”
On advert clearly states WiFi can be purchased, we was prepared to purchase but unfortunately out of 4 mobile phones all with EE and o2 not one could get a signal in or around the van, spoke to reception to be told the park is poor for WiFi connectivity and the WiFi purchase is only a booster. When I made Laura aware of the issue the reply was that’s the reason they don’t advertise WiFi as it can be unreliable. As for the van ok but only one shelf in the oven not great if you want to cook more than one thing at a time. Bathroom doors squeak alot every time they are opened. Balcony to the front is very small have to move furniture before the doors can be opened.

As we discussed with you when you first raised this complaint about the Wi-Fi, we do not charge for Wi-Fi as it is an optional purchase through park dean and therefore not supplied by us. Which is why we do not advertise Wi-Fi under the van facilities.
As we explained, Park Dean was experiencing Wi-Fi issues due to the stormy weather and we were hoping that it would be resolved quickly. However, after checking in after 4pm and having left by 6am the following morning you did not give much time for this issue to be resolved.
Though we do not have control of weather unfortunately.
As for your phone signals, that is between you and your network provider.
With regards to your other complaints, in the numerous messages that I received from you, none of these issues were mentioned once.
I can only surmise that you have looked for issues just to justify giving us an overall low score out of spite. When actually your issue was only a temporary poor Wi-Fi service and your mobile phone signal. Which you let ruin your stay for reasons we cannot understand.
In response to your general complaints about the van, I would refer you to the numerous positive reviews I have for the van and service which all state what a lovely van it is and how much people have enjoyed their stay.
I can only suggest that in the future when you book holidays and Wi-Fi /phone signal are so vital to your enjoyment, that you book somewhere in a more urban setting.
