“Stayed here last week for a family holiday, it was absolutely spotless and had such a warm, family orientated vibe.”

The caravan is aesthetically pleasing and much detail put into throughout, with such a lovely view of the lighthouse. The host was lovely and speedy with answers to any queries and in general made us feel very welcome and ‘at home’’. Not to mention although they are open now, the on-site shop and pool was closed during our stay, the caravan and beach definitely made up for it and didnt phase us. would definitely recommend!

“It was a last minute decision to book this pet-friendly caravan for the weekend of our 30th wedding anniversary, but we’re very glad we did.”

Because we booked so late we could not do it through the site but through the owner direct. Wilma responded immediately and the whole process was trouble-free. The accommodation was perfect; tastefully decorated, spotless and well-equipped, and Wilma so welcoming and kind. Playa la Casa is ideally situated for both the beach and the entertainment block, and has a great view of the lighthouse with its colourful nightly display. For us, having patio doors leading onto secure decking was brilliant. The king-size bed and the surprisingly spacious shower was also much appreciated! ???? Heartily recommended.

“Just returned from a wee holiday with the family in Playa la Casa.”

It's an absolute gem, spotless and very well kitted out. The decking area is a proper sun trap too. Having Wi-Fi was an added bonus for the kids whenever we weren't at the beach and the location was perfect, right next to the play area and other amenities. Wilma was a star and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her caravan to anyone looking for a break away.

“Just back from a long weekend, lovely caravan, spotless and everything you needed in the kitchen, bedding and towels provided as well as coffee, tea and a few other essentials and wifi.”

Lovely spot with great views of the lighthouse and sun trap on the decking area which was very dog friendly. Would love to come back and would definitely recommend ????

What a brilliant caravan to stay in, cleanliness is spot on. Little touches are super , like towels folded with mini shower gels and moisturisers. Hairdryer etc Everything needed for kitchen. Lovely place and a great suntrap whilst sitting out on the decking.

The property

This static caravan, which I’ve recently refurbished by fitting new blinds on all the windows and new flooring, I have also added lots of personal touches to hopefully give you a home-from-home feeling with little luxuries here and there.

There is Wi-Fi installed for my guest's sole use There’s a lovely private decking area with seating to enjoy the views and relax.

This is an ideal place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of the country, with an amazing beach almost on your doorstep. The holiday park also has other on-site facilities, such as a shop and laundrette.

There is a newly refurbished restaurant, arcade and pool with a wonderful outside seating area.

This area also has wonderful places to explore, such as distilleries, castles, shops and restaurants, but if you want a more active holiday, then there are lovely areas to walk, hike, cycle and run. This place gives you a very comfortable base to enjoy your type of holiday.

I live locally, so can be available if there are any issues.

LOSSIEMOUTH

Elgin 6 miles.

Situated on Scotland’s north east coast, Lossiemouth is a perfect holiday destination as it not only boasts a very rich and interesting history with lots of visitor attractions, but is also perfectly located to offer a wide choice of outdoor pursuits. The town itself has a surprisingly good selection of shops, hotels, pubs and restaurants and its wonderful coastal location means that the sea is always lapping away in the background. Take in the breathtaking scenery with a refreshing walk along the Moray Coast Trail, or enjoy a round of golf on the course located beside the shoreline. If you like being out on the water then you can choose to go fishing or perhaps dolphin watching on one of the many boat trips available. West Beach stretches for 3 miles, beside the famous Covesea Lighthouse and this area is a windsurfers dream. The north east coast has many charming fishing villages and a short drive from one will lead you along to the next, each with its own history and atmosphere.
