The dogs had a great time in the sea. The caravan was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Surprising spacious inside and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The caravan was perfectly clean and spacious for myself, my husband, 3 year old and our dog. We had no issues during our stay and the owner made arrival easy as she messaged me a few days before with a code for the lock box with a key. We will definitely book for longer next time.

“Just back from a lovely 3 night break away … very clean caravan with everything you need inside also location is fab only a 2 min walk to beach .”

Resort itself is great with lots to do for kids and families ie entertainment, swimming , bar restaurant and the beautiful beach on your doorstep . Only slight negative about this caravan was it didn’t have a veranda but again very minor point . We all throughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return .

The Caravan was brilliant,location was perfect for beach ( which is breathtaking ) ,chip shop,entertainment.Also everything anyone would need inside the caravan and more. It was spotlessly clean and it was a pleasure to leave it as immaculate as we found it. Lossiemouth is a little Paradise. We will back back asap.

“We spent three nights here with our six year old grandson last week.”

Very nice caravan well stocked with everything you need. A couple of little niggles. Batteries didnt work in any of the remote controls. We had to buy batteries. (We find this in so many holiday rentals!). We were asked to bring our own bedding. This seems to be a thing since covid. However, when I enquired was told bedding was available. Every cupboard was jam packed with quilts and bedding. I dont understand why the beds are not just made up ready for you as they were in the past! DVD was wrongly wired up to the tv so we had no sound. Took us two days to work out how to get sound by changing leads around. All minor points, but easily remedied. However, we had a lovely break and would recommend the caravan to others.

The property

Our new ABI 3 bedroom caravan is situated in the coastal town of Lossiemouth on the moray coast close to all amenities.

Our caravan is on the edge of the sand dunes so 2 minutes to the gorgeous beach. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the dunes. The lounge and all rooms have USB sockets in them great for charging all your devices. The corner suite, sitting area also has a pull out bed which makes the caravan into a 8 person caravan. There is plenty of seating in the lounge and it also has a freestanding armchair.

Also a electric fire plus gas central heating radiators in all rooms flat screen 3d TV with DVD player . The entrance has a coat rack and storage for shoes. The dining area has seats for 4. The spacious kitchen has integrated dish washer, fridge freezer, and a combi microwave.we also have a ninja air fryer . There are 2 twin rooms .

All bedrooms have upholstered headboards and deep fully sprung mattress for extra comfort. The master bedroom and a twin room both have a flat screen tv on the wall.

There is also a family bathroom with large electric shower and port for shaver and mirrored storage. The master bedroom has a large bed with en suite with sink and toilet.

Triple wardrobe with a vanity unit and dressing table with stool also flat screen tv on the wall, we also provide a hairdryer and coat hangers, we also have a car parking space at the side of the caravan

Situated on Scotland’s north east coast, Lossiemouth is a perfect holiday destination as it not only boasts a very rich and interesting history with lots of visitor attractions, but is also perfectly located to offer a wide choice of outdoor pursuits. The town itself has a surprisingly good selection of shops, hotels, pubs and restaurants and its wonderful coastal location means that the sea is always lapping away in the background.
