“We booked a last minute getaway for the Easter weekend, and Chose this Caravan.”

It’s lovely, Clean tidy, and everything you need for your stay. Comfy Beds as well. Perfect Location as well, right opposite the Beach Front, and right on top of the main Facilities. Which was a bonus as my children enjoyed the Park. Lorraine is a brilliant host and communication was Excellent. Highly recommend booing. We’ve had a lovely time with our Family, and it’s been very chilled. We will hopefully Return in the Future :)

“A tremendous holiday that was thoroughly enjoyed in every aspect.”

The owner was amazing from the start and communication 100% making the whole aspect hassle-free. The owner left us a gorgeous welcome bundle in the caravan, which went down well after having been stuck in the car travelling for hours. The caravan was idyllic, featuring every mod-con you could ever want or need. There is nothing I could fault about this holiday at all; it was a memorable time for us all and I cannot wait to go back next year.

“This was our second stay in the owner's caravan, having had a short break last year.”

It was wonderful last year, but you can times that by two this year. She goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome, and included a very generous welcome pack. Having been taking caravan holidays every year for the past 14 summers, this is the best accommodation that we've stayed in. If I could give 10 stars for everything, I would do. Highly recommended.

“Lovely caravan with everything we needed.”

Lots of games and dvds to keep the kids entertained in the event of rain (luckily, they weren't needed this week). Even the shower was easy to control for once. We hope to return for a week next summer. Quality +++++

The property

We have a 3 bedroom holiday home for hire on Broadland sands/park holidays caravan site, in a quiet area of the site with partial sea views. Broadland sands is located on the Norfolk Suffolk border 7 miles from great Yarmouth and 3 miles from Lowestoft. Corton is a small little village, with a couple of nice pubs and 2 ways to get down to the beach within a 30 minute walk from the caravan.

There is a lovely bit of beach that's dog friendly also about 5 minutes in the car.

We are close to pleasure wood hills theme park for the children. Available dates throughout all school holidays and other dates through the year.

Lowestoft 3 miles.

Corton is a coastal village sandwiched between Great Yarmouth in Norfolk and Lowestoft in Suffolk. Corton village is a popular holiday destination for families, with many attractions to visit in the local towns and the surrounding area. Great Yarmouth offers traditional seaside holiday family fun with a pier theatre, sandy beach with a funfair, arcades, sealife centre, a shopping centre with traditional market, museums, and the Great Yarmouth Racecourse. Lowestoft is the quieter of the two towns with an award-winning sandy Blue Flag beach and the nearby attractions of Africa Alive and Pleasurewood Hills. Further afield are the delightful Norfolk Broads where you can take a day cruiser along the river, and the city of Norwich which offers a castle, cathedral, museums, two contemporary shopping malls, and a daily market.
