The property

Stunning sea views from the large decking area.

Lovely caravan with outside furniture to sit and listen to the rolling waves. 2 bedroom caravan set in a woodland park, 10 minute stroll to the beach.

1 double en suite room, 1 twin room and a sofa bed in the living area.

Central heating and double glazing, with an electric fire to warm you up on cold winter nights. Kitchen has a full size oven, 4 gas hobs with extractor fan, full size fridge freezer and microwave.

Tassimo coffee machine (bring your own pods), cafetiere, dining table and chairs.

Full compliment of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The lounge has a TV which incorporates a DVD player, DVDs, books and games for those lazy rainy days.

Double patio doors out to the large newly painted decking area.

The storage boxes house the garden chairs for relaxing around the garden table. En suite toilet and basin to the main double room, family bathroom has shower, toilet and hand basin. Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft are nearby, also Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park.

Large supermarket locally and plenty of places to eat and have a drink or two. This is a quiet woodland park with no club house or shop.

The views are spectacular and dogs are very welcome.

Corton is a coastal village sandwiched between Great Yarmouth in Norfolk and Lowestoft in Suffolk. Corton village is a popular holiday destination for families, with many attractions to visit in the local towns and the surrounding area. Great Yarmouth offers traditional seaside holiday family fun with a pier theatre, sandy beach with a funfair, arcades, sealife centre, a shopping centre with traditional market, museums, and the Great Yarmouth Racecourse. Lowestoft is the quieter of the two towns with an award-winning sandy Blue Flag beach and the nearby attractions of Africa Alive and Pleasurewood Hills. Further afield are the delightful Norfolk Broads where you can take a day cruiser along the river, and the city of Norwich which offers a castle, cathedral, museums, two contemporary shopping malls, and a daily market.
