The caravan was not paticularly clean. The toilet roll in the ensuite was grey and dirty at one end, there was thick dust on top of the TV and picture frame, the plates and cutlery were not clean and the bed sheet for the single bed had pink stains on it and the sofa smelled of dog. On the plus side, the TV worked well, the lady who cleans and prepares the caravan was very friendly and made a trip out to give us our bedding (not there on arrival due to the owner's mistake), the Tassimo coffee ...

Communication with the agency before arrival was dreadful. If I had known that UKcaravans4hire was now a part of Sykes, I would not have booked this property.
Thank you for your review. I’m sorry the caravan wasn’t up to your standard of cleanliness. I personally deep cleaned the caravan 2 months ago and it’s had 19 sets of guests and 10 cleans since then.
Unfortunately I wasn’t told by Sykes that bedding was included with the price you paid. It wasn’t included when UKCaravans4Hire were the managing agents, but as you said my colleague came around and put that right.
I’m glad you enjoyed the view, and hope you took advantage of all the extras in the caravan such as DVDs, binoculars, books, games etc.
