The property

A family-run holiday home on a major caravan site in Suffolk that is set in its own private plot and within 50 yards of the sea.

It is the UK's most easterly caravan park, with Ness Point being the most easterly point in the UK and the centre of Lowestoft with it's superb beach a short walk away.. Historic Norwich is close too. Our holiday home is centrally located for visiting the world-famous Pleasurewood Hills theme park, The famous Lighthouse cafe for its superb English breakfasts within 200 yards, Oulton Broad (The southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads), Africa Alive wildlife park and visits to Great Yarmouth.

You'll find tennis courts, bowling green and the Sparrow's Nest Gardens, even an Italian Restaurant, just over the road, but North Denes Park itself is quiet and relaxed.

Ideal for just chilling out. Lowestoft's train and bus stations are within 1 mile away from the site and a local bus stop around 200 yards away on the main A12. The holiday home has its own private patio and patio furniture, ample car parking space and has most modern conveniences for a comfortable stay. We do ask that guests leave the holiday home in a clean state, that includes supplying your own bed for your pet.

A copy of the terms and conditions is automatically sent out as soon as you indicate you would like to make a booking. There are 2 bedrooms, one a double (with en suite toilet) and the other a twin, and the lounge has a bed settee.

A fully equipped kitchen aids a pleasurable stay. We have families and couples returning year after year and a guest book filled with lots of complementary comments.

The family resort of Lowestoft is the most easterly point in Great Britain and is situated on the Suffolk Sunrise coast close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border with some of the finest sandy beaches in the area, with a range of attractions for all the family. From the traditional Victorian Seafront Gardens and donkey rides on the beach to the modern roller-skating rink at Claremont Pier and Pleasurewood Hills Leisure Park with its spectacular rides. The town has something for everyone; with 2 theatres. shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars whilst its maritime heritage is celebrated with a number of attractions including the floating ‘Mincarlo’ museum on Heritage Quay or the Lowestoft & East Suffolk Maritime Museum, plus a short drive away is The Transport Museum with its selection of old Buses, Trams and other transport in which they give local excursions.
