“The caravan was absolutely clean and had all the utensils that would need , the beds were all made up with lovely clean bedding, the owner left a welcome pack ie bread milk sauces , and a bottle of wine , the toilets were well stocked with toilet rolls and kitchen roll as well and cleaning liquids etc .”

“Just got back from a lovely few days here.”

I genuinely have nothing negative to say. Owners were extremely helpful on the run up to the holiday and kept in contact regularly. We were welcomed with Halloween sweets and a bottle of wine. The caravan is easily the cleanest we have stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot of caravans over the years at Hopton and Seashore). The fact that there’s WiFi was a huge bonus as well. I highly recommend everything about this caravan and will definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

The caravan is beautiful, equipped with everything we needed and more and the beds were super comfy. Caravan is located in the perfect place which is extremely close to the entertainment building. Very lovely and helpful owner of the caravan too!

Com a few times and our latest holiday did not disappoint. An immaculate caravan just a few minutes walk from the amenities. Milk, wine and bread were left for us, as well as condiments to use and tea/coffee/sugar. Our 6 year old absolutely loved playing with the figures in the cupboard and our 9 year old enjoyed playing on the PS2 (because it's 'retro' lol!) there's a TV in every room plus an air fryer and tassimo machine. It's the little extras like this that I prefer to book privately instead of through Haven. Highly recommended

“Caravan was clean and comfortable and thank you for the milk bread and wine, a nice surprise.”

Good location on site and we enjoyed a smaller site close to a beach without all the seaside nonsense ! (arcades etc). We just missed the rapids that they had at Weymouth but understand each site is different. My granddaughter did enjoy the the blow up in the pool. Not over keen on the the singers and dancers doing almost every night, although the first one film night was very good. All members very good. Magican did not like, also he talked about personal issues which was not appropriate really. An enjoyable stay. Would book Haven again but not this one.

From the first initial point of booking, and right through our stay the customer service was amazing. Any questions, Shael got back to us within minutes. We had 2 young children, it was our daughter’s birthday and they decorated the caravan for her birthday- it was honestly such a lovely surprise our girls loved it! “A fabulous caravan with home from home feel .”

Log in to our Netflix , Gas bbq , Air fryer . lots of room to store food etc loads of Dvds . TV'S in all rooms . And a better shower than I have at home . 5min walk from all facilities and beach which is really lovely.

BBQ out door seating on a large patio toys and beach toys for the kids play station with many games. a rack of DVDs. free wi fi . a large tv. food blender. air fryer. toaster the list goes on. comfy beds. tv in all bedrooms. great quite spot on a brilliant 5 star site. even a goody box of bread milk. bottle of wine on arrival. very accommodating owners. we will be back as soon as i get some dates. one of the best caravans we have stayed in . thanks for a great week in your lovely Caravan

“We stayed in this lovely home from home caravan with our daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren.”

It was spotless and Shael, leaves lovely necessities which were totally unexpected. We did use the bbq, which was brilliant and so easy to use and clean. This has to be without doubt the nicest caravan we have ever stayed in, ? The grandchildren cried when it was time to go home, its in a quiet location, but close to all the amenities, which the site has to offer. I have to be honest and say I even said goodbye to the caravan and thanked it for a wonderful stay. I will be definitely booking again. Thanks for letting us rent your lovely home!

“Very comfortable and well situated.”

All you need inside pots and pans wise . Shower is excellent. TVs in all rooms with access to your apps . Sun rises at the front where there is some decking an lovely seating or a lovely morning walk on the beach which is a 5 minute walk way. Beach very nice , sea doesn't go out far . Later on the sun come round where you can enjoy a bbq or evening meal alfresco . Great entertainment inside especially for younger kids . Good arcade and swimming pool .

“This is the second time that I stayed in this van.”

It has once again surpassed expectations. The communication prior to your arrival is brilliant. And then once you get to the van and walk in you are met by a very modern, clean (under statement), stocked with everything you will possibly need, comfortable van. The welcome package you get is a lovely touch and welcomed after the drive. The van is perfectly situated for the entertainment venue and pool without being close enough to be disturbed by it. You are a short walk to the beach and the golf. And a stones throw from the onside shop. Will be booking again!

The Bbq is Mega and easy to clean . The caravan is also situated in a great place to entertainment , 1500 aprox steps to beach , Also has a private patio area . Can not wait to come back . Also fab shower!

The TVs in every room made managing my 16 year old and two 14 year olds easy and if not going to the club house as each could watch what they wanted with no arguments. The barbecue was brilliant as was the table and chairs adjacent to it. The shower in this caravan is awesome and shames a number of hotels that I've stayed in recently. Remember to take your bed sheets with you. I managed to forget however Haven gave us them at no charge. You won't be disappointed booking.

Our stay was such a relaxing time. The owner was able to prebook swimming sessions and the evening entertainment. The little extras in the caravan were very much appreciated and a very thoughtful idea from the owner. Over the years we have stayed in many privately owned caravans and none came close to the above and beyond experience of this holiday. We will be back!

The caravan is in an excellent location, near all the amenities and reception. It is a well kept caravan, the extras such as the outdoor chairs and a PlayStation for the kids to use were appreciated. I will definitely book this caravan again. The host is so helpfully and even contacted me to book swimming slots for us which were so useful.

The property

Great family park with private beach, Golf course, Bars, Restaurant, indoor/outdoor pool, amusement arcade, mini golf, organised sports and activities, on site supermarket, takeaway pizza and fish and chip shop. This spacious and modern caravan is set in a quiet location only minutes walk from all amenities. This stunning 42’x12’ caravan has full gas central heating, gas fire and is double glazed. The caravan has Patio doors that open onto wrap round decking with plenty of seating for those warm leisurely evenings TV in all bedrooms. Family bathroom with shower and separate en-suite toilet and washroom off the main bedroom. PlayStation and games to keep the children occupied There is a Patio area with table and chairs and a gas BBQ for the family meals outdoors. The location of the caravan is perfectly positioned for the sun onto the decking and the patio area is perfectly located for those long sunny days. Every day essentials provided including Hand soap, Kitchen roll, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar, salt. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac location and only 4 minutes walk from all amenities and 9 minute walk to the beach. Private 9 hole golf course is available as well as a fun mini golf course. Indoor and outdoor pools are available and the newly refurbished entertainments area with the Garden house restaurant and bar, with indoor and outdoor seating, an arcade and Marina entertainment bar. Only a short drive from Great Yarmouth which has numerous activities including bars, restaurants, a large number of fun golf courses, sea life centre, pleasure beach amusement park.

The Norfolk Broads are only a short drive away. If you wish to explore further afield Wells next the sea and Cromer are within easy reach. This is a superb location for either a quiet relaxing holiday or a fun filmed family break. Rental is Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday, Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. Please contact for other combination of rental days. Unfortunately we are unable to provide bed linen due to cleaning requirements.

Quilts pillows and mattress protectors are provided.

All you need are sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases all standard sizes £100 non refundable deposit secures your dream holiday. The price does not include entertainment passes but these are available to purchase from Have.
