“I have stayed in many caravans at Hopton over the past 14 years and this was the worst I have stayed in.”
The view is great even though its not front row, beds are comfy,however...the balcony has only room for 2 people to sit so that was a big disappointment as there were 4 of us,the balcony was dirty, clearly not been cleaned for a long time, chairs were rickety too. There was nothing welcoming, only a couple of biscuit packs and a few tea bags ,kettle was full of limescale we couldn't use it,very basic utensils, not even a pizza cutter! no lamps in living area to make it cosy in the evening, couple of ...

I'm pleased to see that you had a lovely week, found the beds comfortable, and enjoyed the view. It's just a shame that a missing pizza cutter, the lack of board games, and not having a couple of throws seem to have overshadowed your entire holiday.
As for board games, we've been there and done that—pieces disappear, cards go missing, and then the next guest complains that the Monopoly set is incomplete. You simply can't win.
Many of the other points you've raised, such as additional lamps, throws, and other "homely touches," are matters of personal preference rather than faults with the caravan. The caravan is presented exactly as advertised, and we continually invest in maintaining and improving it for our guests.
Constructive feedback is always welcome, and genuine maintenance issues—such as the balcony or windows requiring additional attention—are appreciated and have now been addressed. However, it's difficult to reconcile a review that describes the holiday as "a lovely week" while also implying it was significantly affected by the lack of a lamp, throw and complimentary extras.
We're delighted you had a lovely stay, despite the apparently unforgettable inconvenience of the missing pizza cutter.
