“Bedroom linen very poor quality bottom sheet on double bed did not cover mattress fully kept flipping off after a nights sleep.”
Pillows very poor flat as pancakes,bedding smelled musty not fresh.
Needs a new set of plates etc everything was a mish mash even the cutlery,the kettle needs descaling kept getting bits inside the kettle.
Caravan seemed very cluttered needs decluttering some of the things in this caravan.
As it stands these things let it down one of the settee had a big dirty yellowish stain on it which had a throw on it which fell off.
The settees have seen better days you sunk to the floor after 10 minutes of sitting on them.
The cupboards in kitchen mostly full of cleaning stuff or leftover food stuff from other people.
Oven door needs new seal on it and a new shelf as one kept dropping out did not fit properly and one of the control knobs looked a bit melted due to seal on oven door.
There were a few good points caravan nice and clean nice view and good information book.
Unfortunately I will not come back to this caravan.
Oh my goodness, I have never had a review like this one before! I have about 200 5star reviews over on Airbnb so I’m wondering what the motivation was here?
I have reviewed the photographs my cleaner/manager always sends me before check-in and most of these comments are fictitious. The pillows are new and good quality, bed linen also new, fits perfectly and is always freshly laundered, kettle new, crockery and cutlery is a mixture of 2 sets (also new) There is no clutter, just very few ornaments and wall art. There is no stain on the sofa (been double checked since mentioned) There are a few items of cleaning stuff in the cupboards for guests to use if they are staying a while and the only food in the cupboards is teabags, salt, pepper and vinegar. Guest is correct about the oven shelf, will be replaced. If this review concerns anyone, please refer to the countless 5* reviews (I can provide links) and I’m happy to provide photos of the day this guest checked in.
