Welcome to our family-friendly holiday home at Combe Haven Holiday Park between Hastings and Bexhill.
We offer unlimited Wi-Fi, a 40" Smart TV with Sound Bar and Fire Stick 4K, in the lounge and 24" TV in Bedroom 1.
Our holiday home is a self-catering, 2-bedroom caravan with a master bedroom with a double bed, a Twin Bedroom and a pull-out double bed in the lounge too.
It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
To ensure your comfort throughout even the colder months, we have double-glazed windows and full central heating with an electric fire in the lounge to really keep you cosy.
Entrance is from the small grassed area via the gated sundeck along the front of the caravan, with a seating area that offers a restricted side sea view.
There are 4 folding chairs and 2 sunloungers for outdoor use in the outdoor storage box plus a very small folding table to rest your drinks.
The kitchen has an under-counter fridge with a small freezer box, microwave, 4-ring gas oven with grill and hob.
All utensils, saucepans, toaster, kettle, blender, baking dishes and trays, crockery, glasses, mixing bowl and cutlery are provided.
Lounge/Dining - Large wrap-around sofa seating with coffee table, 40" TV, small lamps and electric fire.
Additional cushions for comfort.
Small wrap-around sofa with dining table, 2 stools, place mats and coasters.
Bedrooms - Main bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, small dressing table with mirror and linen basket-seat.
Ensuite toilet with a wash hand basin.
The 2nd bedroom has twin single beds, small, over-bed cupboards, a small wardrobe and a mirror.
There is a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, with wash basin and toilet, small cupboard for toiletries and mirror.
Outdoor Lockable Storage Box - contains 2 sun loungers & 4 folding deck chairs and some children's toys.
We are based at the bottom of Harley Mead, just a short walk to the central entertainment area that includes the Live Lounge, Mash 'n' Barrel, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Burger King, Papa John's, Arcade, Mini Market, laundry and Reception.
Throughout the site, there are small play areas for children and a sand pit.
At an extra charge via Reception or Air Space, there are many additional activities.
You can also exit the bottom of the site and turn right, over the small river inlet bridge, to Playing Fields or walk further along and turn left to a cul-de-sac with a footbridge over the railway line to the promenade along the beach.
From here you can walk or cycle all the way into Hasting left or Bexhill right.
Please note for access to the Swimming Pools, the Live Lounge, and to book Activities, you will need to purchase "Play Passes".
Prices are available on request.
Access is available to all other facilities, including the Arcade, restaurant, food outlets and Mini Market.
There are plenty of parking spaces throughout the site.
We supply bed linen and will make up your beds before your arrival.
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS.
