“A great value break away.”

The sand is lovely. There was no litter on the site or on the beach. break. Everything you need is provided barring towels. The beach is a 6 minute walk away. There was no litter on the beach or on the site. The accomodation was warm, plenty of hot water, and the staff were friendly. An enjoyable short break. I recommend Castle Eden nature reserve. A great day out whatever the weather. Also, the Royal Navy museum in Hartlepool on a wet day.

The location of the caravan is perfect with picturesque views out to sea from the window we even got to see a pod of dolphins swim past. Perfect location to go out and about on walks . Will deffo be back soon . Thank you

“This is a lovely caravan overlooking the the sea we stayed in stormy weather so the views was amazing looking at the waves breaking.”

The caravan was homily comfortable and entertainment was amazing DVD, Netflix and free Internet which the kids was happy about. And thank you for the chocolate and dog treats. Will be defiantly going again. Also this was when the on park entertainment wasn't open.

It was more like a home, lovely homely touches and everything you need was there. The location was perfect for beach and entertainment. Lovely views from the front window. Loved the little gifts of chocolates and doggy treats, nice touch that even the children said was nice. Will definitely book again

Everything you need is there beautifully furnished and little treats like a box of chocolates on the bed and every utensil cups glasses plates bowls baking dishes pans and planty of stuff to keep the place in the same immaculate condition we found it in. Highly recommended and will be returning.

Homely set up with games & dvds and netflix ready. All the kitchen equipment you could ever need and some nice extras such as tea/coffee, sauces, biscuits, cereal packs to get you started and make the stay even easier. Andrew is a friendly and informative host. Highly recommended.

van spotless. extra little treats so thoughtful even down to little doggie treats. made for a great relaxing weekend and a perfect place to unwind with a glass or two of wine whilst watching netflix which was also provided thank you andrew cannot fault it

“We’ve just returned from a lovely stay and can’t wait to come back.”

The caravan was clean and spacious with lots of added extras including cereal, biscuits and cleaning bits. The living area is very spacious with games and a tv with free view. The seating is really comfy and there was plenty of blankets including one for our dog. The dining area is very spacious, so is the kitchen with everything you need for your stay. There’s plenty of storage space throughout the caravan. The caravan has a lovely sea view and is only a short walk to Crimdon Dene Beach. Andrew is a fabulous host. He kept in touch throughout our stay and was very pleasant and friendly. We extended our stay by one night because of how lovely it was. We’ll definitely be booking to come back soon enough!

The van is well presented, very clean, comfortable beds freshly made up. Nothing to do on arrival apart from put the kettle on and enjoy a hot drink and biscuits provided by Andrew along with cereals, chocolate and other 'treats'! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and very well organised. A selection of games and DVD's are available if needed. The lovely sea view is an added bonus and the beach a few minutes walk away. This was a late booking and all communication with Andrew was efficient and friendly. Cannot fault anything!

“Me my partner and my dog, Had a wonderful stay at the caravan the caravan was so clean and comfortable with plenty of little extras, the double bed was so comfy and the bed linen smelt lovely reminded me of home.”

We had a sea view with a nice table and chairs to use. The holiday camp was nice and clean dog friendly with direct access to the beach. We found it an ideal location to visit other area's as we have a car, we visited Whitley bay, Whitby, saltburn pier and not forgetting the marina where there are plenty bars and restaurants. We also found a lovely chippy just up the road called cod on the rocks food was amazing. Would like to say thank you to Andrew for letting us stay in your holiday home you have been amazing from start to finish. We will be back xx

“My wife, myself and my 12 year old daughter stayed here in August 2021.”

We originally looked for caravans on this site owned by Park Dean or Hoseasons but they were clearly taking advantage of the Covid crisis and kids being on holiday by charging almost 10 times what they were a few months back. Then we stumbled across this caravan being rented out on the same site as a far more reasonable price. Communication with the owner was helpful, friendly and quick to respond and when we left the deposit was returned swiftly too. It's not as modern as some we've stayed in but having said that everything was there, a big enough fully equiped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils provided. All clean. Some cleaning materials and a few nice touches such as cerial, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and a few games too. The bathroom was big enough and had a really good shower. The living / dinging area was very comfortable and large with an amazing direct view over the sea. Although on the second row from the sea, the living room looked in between two other caravans over the sea. The main bedroom was plenty big enough. The two kids bedrooms were small but cosy. Bedding was provided but no towels. Only complaint was the kids mattresses were not wide enough and a big too soft. So, in summary. A well priced, comfy caravan with a cracking view over the sea. Not 5 star luxury accomodation but sometimes it's the little things that make the difference and this owner does go out of his way to make you feel at home. Well worth staying here and we certainly would again. Gareth Shedden

The property

This is a lovely 3 bed caravan consisting of 3 bed rooms 2 twin rooms and 1 double also there is a pull out bed in the living area to create an extra sleeping space, making our max capacity 8 people. It’s a very light and airy caravan but also lovely and cosy, to relax in, it has all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable including kettle, toaster television microwave iron ironing board etc We are located on a sea view pitch giving you beautiful views of the sea from the main living area, making it a beautiful place to relax , We are located in walking proximity to the entertainment hub and amusements and heated indoor swimming pool, and also the on-site NISA shop and laundrette, we are also in close proximity to the beach making it so easy to go for those beach strolls We are pet friendly to well behaved small dogs There are various off site activities that can be done including Tweddle farm and Hartlepool marina with bus links close by.

There will be plenty for you to do at this lovely costal park, and I am sure you will enjoy your stay in our lovely caravan. A security deposit of £50 is required in addition to the cost this also secures your booking and will be refunded after inspection of the caravan after you have left providing there is no loss, damage or any excessive cleaning .

Balance to be paid 14 days before your stay.

If you cancel your booking before your arrival date you will also loose your security deposit.

If you cancel your stay within the 7 prior to your stay you will loose the balance paid.

Our check in time on your day of arrival is 3pm Checkout time on your departure date is 10.30am Longer and shorter stays are available depending on availability, please feel free to ask.

And this can be checked out for you . Entertainment passes are not included in price and can be purchased from reception on your arrival.

Please note the on-site entertainment complex does close for the winter months in November.

The coastal town of Hartlepool lies north of the Tees estuary, with the North York Moors to the south and the majestic cathedral town of Durham, a short drive to the North West. There has been huge investment in regeneration projects and Hartlepool now offers an award-winning marina, with associated trendy restaurants and bars overlooking stunning yachts and sea going cruisers. In the heart of the town there is a multiplex cinema, a health and fitness centre with swimming pool and Middleton Grange shopping centre, which is the third largest in the region, with a traditional market hall. Other attractions include the HMS Tricomalee - Nelson's last fighting frigate and the Heugh Battery Museum.
