The property

The Chill out is a larger than average 4 berth static caravan situated on the peaceful Lido Leisure Park, Knaresborough in North Yorkshire. The caravan has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite, the second bedroom is a twin room (all beds have toppers).

High quality bed linen is provided for all beds.

A travel cot is available.

Also a Zbed (If wanted please let me know). The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and towels are provided.

The living area has plenty of seating provided by a conventional large comfy corner sofa, a smart TV, Alexa, Disney+, Amazon prime and an electric fire. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, with extras to make your holiday extra special such as Nescafe pod coffee maker and sandwich/panini maker.

There is a dining area to seat 5 people comfortably, highchair available.

Central heating throughout and a pedestal fan. The caravan has a patio area with wooden bench seating ,rattan sofa and decking with a bistro set.

Parking is available for one /2 small cars?

Additional parking can be found 10m away.

No charging of electric cars from the caravan.

If caught charging the bond will not be returned.

There is a fast charge site 2 mins away at Lidl.

There are throws provided for the sofa, if you are bringing your dog.

These can be found in the picnic basket, along with a towel, poo bags and bowls.

A maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

Please do not allow shedding dogs in the bedrooms.

No dogs on the beds.

KNARESBOROUGH

Harrogate 2 miles; York 18 miles.

Knaresborough is an ancient market and Spa town on the fringe of the Yorkshire Dales, overlooking the River Nidd, and is one of the prettiest towns in North Yorkshire. Its location makes it ideal as a base for touring the stunning countryside of the North Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. For lovers of history, St John’s Church, Knaresborough House and the now-ruined Knaresborough Castle were built by the Normans in around 1100 AD. Other attractions in the town include Mother Shipton’s petrifying well, the Courthouse Museum, "Ye Oldest Chymist Shoppe in England" which dates back to 1720 and the quirky House in the Rock. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy wonderful walks by the river, cycling, climbing, fishing, boating or just sitting and taking in the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The town centre has many interesting shops and galleries, and there is a colourful and lively market held on Wednesdays. The fascinating, historic cathedral cities of Ripon and York are close by, as are the Spa town of Harrogate, the great stately homes of Castle Howard and Harewood House, the Cistercian Abbeys of Fountains, Rievaulx and Jervaulx, and the castles of Middleham, Bolton and Richmond.
