5 Rush Grove Caravan is a stylish coastal retreat tucked behind golden dunes and a sweeping sandy beach within the award-winning Elie Holiday Park in Fife.

Perfectly positioned for families, couples, and adventurers, this contemporary holiday home offers the ideal blend of seaside tranquillity and fun-filled activities.

Step straight from your door onto the beach and enjoy the park’s unique setting, framed by forest walks, wildlife-rich landscapes, and the renowned Fife Coastal Path.

Inside, this lovely single-storey, six-berth caravan offers bright, modern interiors and all the home comforts you need for a memorable stay.

The open-plan living space includes a well-equipped kitchen with double gas ovens and a grill, a gas hob, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.

Gather around the dining table for four or unwind in the inviting sitting area, furnished with a two-seater sofa bed, armchairs, side tables, and an electric fire, all centered around a large Smart TV with Freeview.

Please note there is no wi-fi at the caravan, I usually just use a hotspot from my mobile phone.

Wi-fi is available in the Clubhouse.

The sleeping accommodation comprises two well-appointed bedrooms, a double with a TV and en-suite toilet and wash basin, and a twin room with its own TV, both designed with relaxation in mind.

A modern main bathroom offers a shower, basin, and WC.

Outside, the private patio, accessible from the parking space and through French doors, provides an inviting space to soak up the coastal air.

With a dining set for four, recliner chairs with footstools, a side table, and a large umbrella, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or alfresco dining after a day on the sand.

Two private parking spaces complete the setup.

Elie Holiday Park itself is a destination in its own right, voted Best Visitor Attraction in Fife and runner-up for Scotland’s Best Family Holiday Park.

Enjoy the beach sauna, live entertainment, and family activities including the Robinson Crusoe Adventure Park, pickleball, football, and play areas.

A seaside town on the east coast of Fife; Elie is the gateway to the picturesque fishing villages of East Neuk, with history leading back to as far as the 15th century! Elie's name is derived from the Pictish word for ‘flood’ and is a wonderland of woodlands and nature trails, perfect for enjoying that clean country air. Elie became a popular tourist resort when the railway link connected it to the Edinburgh-Aberdeen line in 1854 and it has remained so to this day with its beautiful, long sandy beach, the luscious Letham Glen and Siverburn parks. Golfers are drawn here by the Elie Links and Lundin Links courses, with a further two at nearby Scoonie.
