    Boiler had to be reset on arrival as no hot water. Caravan needs some food trays. Beds were comfy.

    Thank you for your feedback. All of our letting caravans have a valid gas safety certificate as this is an annual legal requirement. The safety of our guests is of paramount importance to us and I would just like to add that the gas test for this particular accommodation was carried out on 11th March 2025. Apologies that your boiler had to be reset on arrival. This sometimes happens when the gas bottle is exchanged. Appreciate your feedback on the food trays thank you and this has been passed to the park for action. Delighted that you found our beds to be comfy as we have invested heavily in our letting caravans to ensure a restful nights sleep and I am pleased that you found this to be the case.
