The caravan is in a nice quiet spot on the site, with a large veranda.
Location is good for travelling around the North Wales coast. We would be very happy to stay there again.
We absolutely loved our stay.
The caravan was in immaculate condition. So clean and cosy. The only issue, but not really an issue was when we arrived, we entered the caravan and the trim around the door had fallen off. It can be clicked back on but I couldn’t do this as I didnt want to use any force and break it. I did go to reception to ask if a maintenance man could come and the lady said it happens all the time on the caravans and would sent someone but no one ever turned up. It didn’t effect our holiday we just left the plastic trim to one side but we are worrying now if we will get charged for the damage even tho it was like that when we arrived.
The caravan was truly amazing, it really felt like home away from home, Sandra and Pamala was very friendly and easy to talk to, the site it’s self was nice but didn’t have any facilities on site due to the new complex not been finished, but I’m sure when it’s done it.
Will be amazing. If you wanted entertainment we had to use the sister site 5 mins up the road, which had loads to do and good entertainment for the whole family.. we was also able to bring our little dog with us at no extra cost, we can not wait to rebook for next year as we can’t wait to see all the new changes the site will have to offer. So from myself, my wife and son we thank you for a nice holiday..truly a 10/10 holiday
