    “Host was lovely .”

We arrived early and she allowed us into the property. Lovely and warm. Very cosy. Lovely views. Sadly the windows and sills were dirty. Soap dispensers were empty, one had cracked causing it to leak. The wall mounted heater kept cutting out but central heating was more than adequate .Part of the oven door kept falling off. Fishing lake should be advertised for specialist anglers only. ÂŁ12 per rod. Road to property is really bad.2 miles of potholes that would rip the bottom off a small car ...

Sykes are not the cheapest but I don't mind paying a premium for the quality I usually get from them. I'm afraid the details of this property and fishing facilities need to be updated. If you can see through what I have written it is a lovely peaceful place.
