With a Smart TV, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen including electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, and microwave, this lodge combines modern comfort with a superb location. The lodge offers two comfortable bedrooms: a welcoming double and a twin room with two smaller single beds, making it perfect for families or friends.

A modern shower room completes the interior, with a cubicle, basin, and WC for convenience. Outside, a private terrace with seating invites you to unwind and take in the views.

Parking is simple, with your own allocated space right next to the lodge and additional spaces available on-site for a small fee.

EV charging points are provided on the park (payable via app), ensuring eco-friendly travel is easy. Hook Farm is just a short walk from the charming village of Uplyme, where you’ll find the popular Talbot Arms pub, a small post office and shop, and a traditional village church.

From here, enjoy delightful riverside walks that lead all the way to Lyme Regis known as the jewel of the Jurassic Coast with its family-friendly beach, historic Cobb harbour, and plenty of cafés and shops.

Nearby Seaton offers another great day out, with its famous tramway and stunning coastal scenery. The beautiful countryside surrounding the village of Uplyme, on the borders of Devon and Dorset, is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, criss-crossed by bridleways and footpaths including the East Devon Way, and providing perfect country walks and superb views. The area was chosen by TV chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall for his River Cottage HQ at Park Farm, where you can treat yourself to a great meal. Just a short drive takes you to the stunning Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis. This delightful historic seaside town boasts a maze of narrow streets, with an interesting array of shops and cafes, whilst the sandy beach lends itself to great bathing and watersports, and the bustling little harbour offers regular fishing trips, or try your hand at fossil hunting.
