    “Well when they say towels aren’t included towels definitely aren’t included but also didn’t realise that meant no amenities for basic health/safety/hygiene.”

    For saying we spent £500+ on a “silver” graded caravan, it still doesn’t get you much, when they say it’s a fully kitted out kitchen. If you want use the oven, you’ll be getting third degree burns if you want to get your food out the oven because there’s no oven glove provided. Want to wash your hands? Can’t do that no soap given. Want to wash your dishes? Just water will have to do. Probably spent and extra £500 on buying stuff ourselves that you’d think a silver grade ...
