Dune Delight - Hayling Island

We had a fabulous holiday with our fur babies, second time on this site, very clean around park, staff are happy & helpful, lots of bins around ,caravans are lovely size with all that you need my only criticism is sofa had lots of stains on it and cushion covers filthy dirty, we covered sofa with blankets, apart from that we had a lovely stay would definitely recommend this site to others thank you.

Kitchen window was broken couldn’t open it Caravan nice clean and tidy Maybe add towels on the list to be included Had lovely stay

The caravan was fine in most respects but the sofas and the carpets were very stained so much so that we had to request extra bedsheets to cover the sofa so we could feel comfortable sitting on it (these were willingly provided).

We were disappointed with the services of the holiday park team. First the signposting and instructions for how to join the activities wear very poor and incorrect. Second it was not made clear anywhere that new availability for activities would be released during our time on site. We felt we had to book prior to arriving. Third the restaurant stopped serving lunch very early and did not signpost this clearly. Indeed the only notice pointed out to us was on the door but facing in so you only see it when you leave. In general the holiday park staff were poorly trained and didn’t appear to be engaged or happy in their jobs.
