“We had a pleasant three-night stay at this place.”

It’s conveniently located near the lakes where we spent most of our time. The lakeside leisure facilities are excellent, and we only used the pool, which my son thoroughly enjoyed. The caravan itself is spacious enough for three people, and the facilities were just what we needed. The only issue we encountered was when we arrived at the caravan. The previous guests had left their used towels in the shower room which hadn’t been collected and the bin hadn’t been emptied, which made the kitchen area smell. I tried to contact the owner via email, but it may have been an address they can’t receive emails on as I’m not sure if they received it. Apart from this minor inconvenience the place was very clean and we had a great time and would definitely visit the area again for a break.

I'm so dreadfully sorry. And I've only just responded because I hadn't realised you'd given feedback. I emailed before your stay with my contact details, but can only think that I must have mistyped your email address. Please accept my sincere apologies. Our cleaning company are usually spot on.... just human error on this occasion. And I think you are very kind to say it was a minor inconvenience! Very best wishes, and thank you for your feedback.
