We were severely disappointed and got in touch with the owner. He apologised but was unable to assist us and so we handed back the keys and left within 20 minutes of arriving. In my opinion the caravan was not of a standard that anyone could stay in. Not only did it have long term wear and tear issues but also serious hygiene issues. We were lucky that we live in the north east of England and could return home that night however others travelling further may not be so lucky and find their week ruined. We are now awaiting our full refund.
Thanks for the feedback Kevin, I'm extremely sorry you had such a negative experience, in my defence I did offer to upgrade you to a much better property within metres of this one to which you declined, I think my earlier feedback will suggest there's been no previous instances of issues regarding hygiene/cleanliness, nonetheless I will look to make any necessary improvements based on your feedback, once again I'm sorry my property was not to your liking, regards, Rob.
