Had a fantastic time accommodation was great very clean also the park was very clean 10/10

A beautifully appointed and equipped caravan in a small but very well maintained site.

The caravan is very comfortable and superbly furnished. The owner made contact to welcome us and to reassure us that if we had any issues he would be only a text away! We would be happy to recommend 31 Forest Views to anyone wanting to stay in the North Lakes.

I have been here twice now it’s convenient place to stay but noisy with road traffic but it quietens down later at night .

it could do with some better knife and forks as the ones in use now are bit loose (plastic handle ) and a light outside so when you let your pets out at night for a last visit before bed otherwise clean and comfortable would come back again owner was very friendly and polite .

The caravan was a good location for the rest of the Lake District and Carlisle and very clean and tidy.

It is next to a main road which wasn’t a problem for us but might be if you’re bringing young children or if you are a light sleeper.

It’s was lovely to stay there.

Very well organised and comfortable place to spend the time. View was absolutely fantastic and beautiful. Highly recommended.

It was a lovely stay but could do with a light outside of van as we had dogs and they had to be walked at night so it was very dark.

Could have done with new cutlery as they were very loose from the handles and also a peeler to do the veg with. There were no bin bags for the bins either. A nice site but it was very noisy as stated on other reviews.

Not dog friendly because of all stones,no good for wheelchairs

Upon arriving it was lovely really spacious for the two of us but then realised there was no WiFi lucky my son had his phone also no toilet paper no washing liquid don’t know whether they are supposed to be there upon arriving who knows nothing was stated on website and the most worst thing is the road noise it was horrendous bedroom right next to main road hardly any sleep at all then woken each morning 6 am 6-30 am the amount of traffic that uses that road it needs mentioned on the website so other people booking the caravan needs to be aware there is a little dog park which is ok but nothing else really unfortunately I won’t be booking again and I hope the site gets updated on website

Lovely caravan had everything you need litt bit road noise during the day but stopped later it was quiet at night just needed a light outside when it got dark

The holiday was good lovely caravan problem with shower head which was fixed when I reported it unfortunately I waited till the Monday and the owner was on nightshift, would not book this van again as too near main road traffic was horrendous but apart from that we enjoyed the time in the lakes.

Great place to stay, everything included for your stay.

Comfortable beds, loved that there is 3 sections bedrooms and bathroom, dining kitchen and lounge. Great size decking and private parking. Would definatly book sgsin in the future.

It was very clean and tidy. The main bedroom was very spacious and lots of cupboard space and having a toilet and a washbasin in the room was a bonus. We also liked the dog exercise field which was a lovely idea. There was also a lovely cafe next door which sold the most amazing bacon butty ever using local produce. We did have a couple of issues but this was dealt with very quickly with the owner who was lovely and we were very impressed with the speed our issues were dealt with. If you want a quiet chilled out holiday book here! We couldn't fault anything. We will be back! Thank you very much Rob! Carol and Dave and family

Its great that there is the ability to bring 3 well behaved dogs to this facility, and this was the main reason for us choosing to stay here.

The onsite 'dog park' is also very pleasant and a great addition to the locality. The property was located extremely close to a main road (approx. 5m away from the road), which created a lot of additional noticeable noise through the stay. I would have liked to have known this, or had the ability to see the siting on the park prior to arrival, as I would not have chosen this. The kitchen was lacking some equipment which made it challenging to cook meals. There was only one tray for the over, and pans/utensils that appeared to have seen better days. More equipment would certainly be beneficial to future visitors. Overall cleaning standards were satisfactory, but the shower head was heavily scaled and was challenging to keep in a position suitable for showering.
