2-Bed Caravan - Sleeps 6 - Pets - Beach Access is a single-storey holiday caravan located on a park in Chapel St Leonards, Lincolnshire, set just behind the dunes with access to the beach on foot. Ideal for families or small groups, this welcoming retreat accommodates up to six guests and welcomes pets, making it a well-placed base for exploring the coastline near Skegness.
Step inside to find a practical open-plan living space, where you can relax after days spent by the sea or exploring the area. The sitting area includes a sofa, TV and games console, with an electric fireplace adding an extra touch of warmth, creating a space to unwind in the evenings. Gather around the dining table for shared meals, while the adjoining kitchen provides all the essentials for self-catering, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and kettle, as well as cookware, crockery and utensils.
The caravan offers two bedrooms, comprising a king-size and a twin, along with a double sofa bed in the living area, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The layout is supported by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a separate WC, making it practical for group stays. A travel cot is also available for those travelling with younger guests.
Outside, step onto the balcony where outdoor furniture offers a place to sit and enjoy the park surroundings. Direct access to the beach can be reached on foot from the park, making it easy to spend time by the sea. Mablethorpe provides another coastal option, with a beach, sand dunes and Queen’s Park, which features boating lakes and open green spaces.

The booking went very well but sadly on arriving we was very upset!
I used the toilet the seat fell off !! Went to make a drink every peice of cutlery was dirty not washed properly so i had to take them all out and wash them before use ! There was NO wi fi it said there was and this is one reason we booked it ,we contacted the lady who said she would get someone out to the loo ! But no one came ! ,she said about the cutlery it is up to the people before to wash all up as they dont have time for that untill deep cleans ,not even a sorry !! Went to bed switched light on and the button fell out so every time used we had to put the switch back in!! ,again we was told that someone would be out and that there was no issues with the last visitors ,obviously because the people before did leave it clean for them . As far as we are concerned everything should be checked, dust everywhere, i have a fractured ankle so having to wash up and clean as soon as we got there was very frustrating!! We in the end said just leave it we will cope with how it is because we was so upset ,i always have a van with 2 toilets so my husband had to keep putting the seat on for himself .we loved the caravan ,nice place but dought we will book again ,oh and no ever did come out to fix things ,not even a curtesy call ,paid £850 very upset but we decided to just get on with our holiday !!
