“We had an extended stay of 28 days here, the owner was really accommodating and helpful as we needed last minute accommodation.”

The caravan home is spacious and well maintained, two twin bedrooms and one double. Owner left us M and S coffee and biscuits which was lovely to have every day. All bedrooms have a cupboard for clothes and a warm air heater. There's also a plug in heater in the lounge and a fireplace. Hot water is instant and there's a spacious shower in the decent size bathroom with toilet. There's a second separate toilet which is useful and a good kitchen area with lots of cooking items. There's a fridge but no freezer although we soon got used to not having one. WiFi is excellent, two of us worked from the caravan with no issues. The TV is quite small but you can access Netflix etc. we also used a games console which we brought (not provided ) which worked well. Site of the caravan is excellent, you're on a separate, raised, grassed area which is lovely. There's woods behind the caravan and next door is at an angle so you feel private. Decking and outside is lovely, birdsong every day and nice walks. This is not a site to come to if you want arcade games and entertainment, it's quiet and very much in the countryside. Lovely for children to bring bikes or scooters and play in the grassed areas. Horse and donkey sanctuary on the site. The barn restaurant does food but closes early, I would say you will need to bring food and drink with you as there's no shop. Swimming pool on site extra charge, small but nice, steam room and jacuzzi. This site is renowned for Golf and has a huge course. Garden centre about a mile away. I would definitely recommend this caravan if you want a quiet break with access to Norfolk and Suffolk, beaches and the countryside. Or if you need a work retreat this was great for us.
