we had trouble sorting hot water spoke to owner kerry who promptley turned up sorted gave us a few to eat and visit advice lovley setting quite tea rooms and gift shop brillliant easy commute to near by beach

It was a lovely place for peace and quiet, Accommodation was exceptional.

I have had a really good week there, plenty of amenities, plenty of facilities on site.

We had all the home comforts on holiday. I would definitely rebook this caravan. Kerry left plenty of information and even some food and drink to be getting on with.

This was one of the nicest accomodations we have ever stayed and the caravan itself was the nicest.

It had everything you could want and was beautifully furnished and clean. The site was very well kept and quiet. Its a pity the cafe and gift shop were only open at weekends as we went monday to friday but perhaps this was because it wasn,t high season. Would 100% recommend.

....great location only 15 minutes drive to great yarmouth beach n town.....caravan provided us with home from home experience .....highly recommend this caravan and host....caravan was spotless and very comfortable and aŕrival host went ectra mile with providing us with bottle wine...milk and bread etc.....best caravan experience to date....thank u

What a lovely place, immaculate condition and with a very generous welcome pack on arrival ( even something for our dogs!

). On a quiet and very tidy site with lovely walks on the doorstep. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

We had a lovely short break at this beautiful holiday home , it was very clean and homely situated in a nice quiet spot with nice walks and a chance to relax.

Lovely caravan in peaceful location.

Owner very friendly and the welcome gifts were very kind and thoughtful. We arrived to a twinkling christmas tree which was unexpected and lovely. Speedy reply to the only question we had on arrival. We had a lovely, relaxing weekend and would highly recommend.

Nice comfortable accommodation.

Lots of little extras that you don't get with holiday park companies. Also quiet and on a nice park. We wanted to get away from a City due to our dog being terrified of fireworks. We did hear some while we were at Foxborrow but fortunately enough our dog was that tired from being out and about all day and on the beach, that she was fast asleep most evenings!! Best thing about Hazell Thorne Hideaway is that it is super dog friendly!!

A very comfortable caravan within a quiet, well maintained caravan park.

So close to amenities & beach that even my 10yr old grandson enjoys staying there. I feel very safe and can relax from day one. Lots of lovely dog walks on our door step. The caravan is accurately described and has so many great welcoming touches it's an absolute pleasure to stay there. We've been twice now and I'm sure we'll go again.

We found the accommodation clean and comfortable and the little touches by Kerry were really appreciated, she went above and beyond our expectations.

The park itself is so tucked away and is extremely quiet and peaceful. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable

Modern very well equipped and comfortable holiday home.

Welcome pack with wine provided on arrival. 2 Televisions, living room/bedroom. Adapter provided for toothbrush/shaver, the first time I have ever found this provided! Well stocked kitchen and Coffee maker with plentiful supply of coffee pods. Definitely recommended as a good base to explore this part of Norfolk.

Nice and clean.

Bedding a bit like sleeping in a plastic bag especially with it being so warm. Door sticking between siting room and hallway to bedrooms. Thought I’d try the swimming pool. Ended up not bothering as it was tiny and full to the brim with regular users. Cafe 1 was good last year but not as good this year. Sunday roast warmed up, Yorkshire puddings were like chewing leather. Overall a nice stay, a bit too warm, and a little cramped for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Nice welcoming hamper. A great touch.

I have no hesitation in recommending Hazell Thorne it was well above what I expected, the place was spotless.

Kerry the owner is top of her game she provided every that I could have asked for, even down to treats for our dog. I did have one small problem but that was not down to place, I couldn't turn on the shower due to my arthritis. But before I had time to turn off my phone there was a knock on the door, job fixed. Thanks for a great week.

A lovely peaceful holiday very relaxing.

Hazelthorne very clean and got everything you need. Site in driving distance of the shops. Resturant on site well worth a visit. Will be visiting again.

A well appointed caravan, well presented and clean.

A welcome.pack on arrival included a bottle of fizz, cookies, bread, milk and treats for the dogs. Internet connection reliable and fast, a smart TV ensure our entertainment in the evenings. The caravan park itself is well kept, and the Barn restaurant serves great food. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Kerry!

Wed had a lovely 3 night stop.

The property had all we needed and very clean. will hopefully return for another stay.

We thought our stay way perfect.

Helped by some fantastic weather. A welcome pack of bread milk and dog treats was a lovely touch by the owners. We must recommend a visit to Wroxham on the Broads and the local pub the Bell at St Olaves with lovely views in the garden. Lots of places to visit like Swatham Norwich Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Will definitely return.

The caravan was very comfortable, clean, well maintained and well appointed.

Lots of lovely extras including a welcome basket that even included dog treats, toilet paper, kitchen roll, spare toothbrush & tooth paste. Dogs were welcome and accommodated with furniture covers, poop bags, cleaning products and a good vacuum cleaner. Angels Way also proved to be quick & easy walks for the dogs. If I wanted to be really 'picky' I'd say the only thing lacking was an iron & perhaps a discreet washing line. There was good communication from the owner and the site itself was clean and well maintained. It was also very peaceful. Perhaps a bit too quiet for my 9 yr old grandson but the swimming pool was nice and we were so close to various beaches and Gorleston & Great Yarmouth that it didn't matter. Plus lots of great days out within easy distance. All in all a very relaxing week and we all wished we were staying longer than the week booked. We would love to go back and will have no hesitation in booking the same caravan. This was our first booking through Sykes and if this is the standard of accommodations offered we will definitely book through them again.

This was our second visit to Hazelthorne Hideaway as we loved it so much the first time.

We had another amazing stay - the property is very well kept and clean. The host Kerry leaves a lovely welcome hamper including chocolate and wine. Such a lovely touch and a nice start to the holiday. Caldecott Hall is wonderful and peaceful. The horse sanctuary is in the vicinity and once again it was our first port of call - my 7 year old loves petting the horses and donkeys. I fully recommend the Sunday carvery at the on site pub Barn 1 - absolutely delicious produce. The staff are wonderful there as well and can’t do enough for you. We fitted in so many drives and hired a boat on the Broads - a highlight of our week! We went to Wroxham to visit the Bure Valley Easter special train which was a fab day out. I also recommend Pleasurewood Hills which is only a 15 minute drive away. All in all, we’d definitely return for a third visit! Thanks again Kerry and Sykes Holidays.

Absolutely beautiful caravan, with everything you could possibly require.

Had a welcome hamper, of the essentials like milk, bread, wine, cookies, sweets, dog biscuits, dog chews, pet bowls, poop bags, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairdryer, air fryer, coffee machine and pods, tea bags, you name it, it's there ready for you. Kerry was on hand should we of needed anything. Would certainly recommend and will certainly return.

Five stars for comfort and cleanliness! Well equipped with everything you should need for your stay! We have just spent Christmas here and managed to cook a full Christmas dinner without any problems! Spacious enough for us 3 adults with our 2 dogs! Upon arrival we received a lovely welcome pack, which included bread, milk, and a lovely Christmas card with a bottle of Prosecco! Also some Christmas crackers, napkins, and paper plates! Even the dogs had treats waiting for them! The site itself is lovely, very peaceful with some nice walks! Our only disappointment was that the bar and restaurant closed at 4.30pm so didn’t get to experience this, but it looked lovely! Thank you Kerry for letting us spend Christmas in your lovely caravan! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely cozy place to stay to explore what Norfolk has to offer!

Lovely holiday home on a lovely sight.

Plenty to do in the local area and not far from the seaside. Very clean and comfortable. A lot of space. Dog friendly (welcome gift for the dog as well as humans).

Beautiful caravan, beds very comfortable with quality bedding made for a great nights sleep.

Well stocked kitchen, spacious living area. great base for visiting local areas. Owner Kerry kept in touch to ensure our stay was perfect, would definitely return and recommend to friends. Thank you.

A fabulous break in an area with plenty to do!

A great base for a busy week always looked forward to going back in the evenings. The property itself had EVERYTHING we needed it even provided a hairdryer (which I forgot!)

Absolutely amazing accommodation!

Hazellthorne Hideaway was clean, comfortable and had everything that you need. The host honestly thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable. Kerry kindly left a welcoming card, bottle of wine, milk and bread which is a wonderful touch and very much appreciated. Caldecott Hall where the lodge is situated is a peaceful, relaxing and beautiful area. We visited the onsite bar and restaurant on a couple of occasion's and the food and staff are the best. I recommend the Sunday carvery! There are so many things to do in driving distance that I feel like I need to go back to see more things. Even though we packed so much in! My 6 year old said it was his best holiday ever and I agree. Thanks for everything Kerry.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, it was so spacious and cosy and we were just able to chill in a beautiful place.

It was very thoughtful of the owner to write a sweet card welcoming us, with prosecco, bread and milk it was absolutely appreciated. The beds were comfy and the location is fab. Would definitely come again!

A lot of effort has been put in to making this caravan welcoming and homely.

The owner left milk, bread and wine as a welcome which was much appreciated. The caravan was coordinated throughout with lovely accessories, bedding and towels. The beds were very comfy and the bedding was good quality. We all slept very well. There were dog bowls and treats for our pouch and the furniture was already covered with lovely throws for protection so I needn't have taken any. All the basic store cupboard items such as salt and pepper were in the cupboard and there was some pods for the coffee machine. We did have a slight problem with the lighting in the bathroom and lounge one evening but I phoned the owner who had the problem rectified within the hour. I would highly recommend this caravan and site. We had a great holiday

Had a great 2 weeks.

I was very surprised by how comfortable the caravan was and so well equipped.

And Kerry the owner was vert helpfull and solved any problems I had very quickly.

A very clean and well appointed caravan, the extras provided were very welcome, bread and milk in the fridge and handcream in the bedroom and a box of chocolates waiting for us on arrival.

The bed was very comfortablel too.

Ideal for our needs with a small dog.

The second bedroom was a bit small for 2 adults but ok for someone like myself at only 5 foot! Cleanliness was excellent and the site was lovely and peaceful. Made a great base for our holiday. Would definitely stay here again.

The owner of the caravan very helpful and left us wine bread and milk, as it was so hot returned with a fan the van was comfortable and clean our stay was really good.

Caravan was exactly as described, very clean and peaceful, never visited the clubhouse as our time was limited but could see people sitting outside eating.

Property is right on part of the Angles Way footpath lovely walks both ways, Welcome pack was much appreciated cuppa on arrival was much needed after long journey, would definitely use again.
