“Myself, partner and 5 children stayed at this caravan for a 4 night stay.”

Arrived and check in was quick which was good. Arrived at the caravan and it was lovely, on deeper inspection the property hadn't been cleaned properly, there was an empty used pizza box under the sink and when moving the sofas to turn into a bed it was apparent this area hadn't been hoovered. There were only 3 bowls for a caravan of 7 people, so the children had to wait for each other to finish breakfast so others could have there cereal. I booked on the understanding there were 7 guests but no bedding was provided for the sofa bed. The hot tub was a great feature and us adults would of really enjoyed this if it didn't smell so bad, the water looked murky and not inviting at all. The evenings were a little chilly but there were no instructions on how to use the heating. Overall we made our little break away a good one but unless improvements were made we wouldn't book again.
