Lodge 7 - Seabreeze Retreat

We have had a fantastic week in no 7 sea breeze, the park is nice and quiet, the caravan was beautiful and the little touches were just beautiful, the support we recieved was not too much trouble questions answered straight away, will definitely be back.

we had a amazing time, the carvan was so clean and tidy, the little treats like the bread, milk bread and fruit were appriciated.

The caravan was well presented and very clean.

Lovely quiet site and close to local amenities and beaches. The caravan had a few minor issues with the main door sticking as did both gates but didn't impact our stay too much. All the welcome information was good and accurate.

Absolutely Top Class in every aspect.

The cleanliness throughout was second to none. A beautiful lodge equipped with everything you need for a superb holiday. It was extremely kind and generous to receive a bowl of fresh fruit, orange juice and milk and more to start our week’s holiday. That was a special welcoming touch and most gratefully received. Highly recommended to all without a doubt. Many thanks to the owner. We’ll definitely be back.

We have just returned from a stay in The sea breeze retreat.

What a fantastic place to stay. The lodge was beautiful and very clean with every thing you need. I took my two Labradors with me and had enough room for the crate for the youngest one at 8 months old. We will defo be booking again. Fantastic base, spotless area communal area.

Hi we took our own air fryer maybe could do with one in the caravan and maybe some larger glasses for drinks it's the only thing we found missing overall it was a great stay very clean and comfortable

The property was fine for our needs.

We were two people and two dogs. It's well fitted out and had everything we needed. Good location. Only a short drive to different beaches. We arrived in two separate cars and didn't know where we should park the second car. We parked it near the marketing suite. It would be useful to have a note about parking in the information leaflet.

Excellent service and good quality lodge.

We got there and cleaner was just leaving she was lovely lady. The site is well looked after and the facilities were excellent. We will be making a visit to the park again for the 3 time.its worth a 6 star and 7 for the cleaner

Hi, we had an enjoyable stay however the boiler was an issue.

We had to reset the boiler several times a day , sometimes the hot water ran out whilst mid shower also . It looked to be an ongoing issue as there was a note on the door , however this needs sorting. Apart from that it was a nice home from home. The settee dipped in the middle making it uncomfortable and this was pointed out to the cleaner . I also think the term lodge is a bit misleading as it is Infact a caravan and not a lodge , but is surrounded by lodges of composite plastic type . The site was clean but lacked dog poo bins which I was told by a resident they are addressing. There was very noisy building work at the back two out of the three days we were there which started at 8.30 am which we weren’t made aware of and spoiled any chance of a lay in. I hope these points are took on board . However overall 7/10

I loved this place it had all you needed and more.

It was spotless and comfy I only had two.issues during my stay 1.as i opened the bathroom window on the hot day after my shower the blind fell down it wasn't secured on. 2.the people at 45 Tolouse lodge i took a walk around the site to look. and came back to the property via the back some of it is blocked off so you have to walk round. A elderly couple who clearly own a caravan started shouting all that is private land you can only walk on the road. I wouldn't mind but there are no signs to say only walk on the road, and i was no where near their caravan they were vile.

Lovely lodge, clean and very comfortable.

Some traffic noise as the park is on a busy -ish road, but it didn't bother us. Some nice touches with fruit, juice and milk left for us. Very handy for the beach ( it's an easy drive to Fraisthorpe) only a mile or so on foot to Wilsthorpe beach, from where you can walk along the sand to Fraisthorpe in one direction, or the other way into Bridlington (or pick up the land train). Either way it was just the right distance for us and our dogs.

Beautiful modern Lodge, very clean and comfortable.

Situated close to Bridlington South Beach and a couple of miles from Bridlington Town centre. The Lodge boasts two showers ideal for families. Will definitely book again next year

Was looking forward to this break in a 4 tick lodge expected facilities to be of a 4 star cottage!

How did you come to 4 ticks it's only basic! What I expect for a 4 Star as a owner of a cottage is:- Washer/Iron/Hair dryer in each bedroom/Hoover/Welcome pack/quality mattress and bedding/shower gel soap. There was no kitchen roll/no milk nearest shop is a car ride away, Wi-Fi and TV didn't work properly! No instructions how to use gas cooker/heating system and only one contact number that wasn't answered for nearly two days!! The decking and windows are all grubby also internal window blinds .For the price point it's not worth the money! Site is lovely would return in a different lodge. .

Had to clean decking and table/chairs outside as this had not been done by cleaners.

Inside was nice and presentable would benefit from a hoover so inside can be done after they cut grass outside.

In my opinion, the property was as new, clean and a good base to explore the area.

We were mainly staying to visit my Mum in Filey but we also went into Scarborough and enjoyed walking our dog along the headland towards Sewerby and on Fraisthorpe beach (a first for us!). A hairdryer would have come in useful and also a vacuum cleaner, particularly if staying any longer than 3 nights (especially with a dog). The fruit, milk and orange juice was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Thanks! Overall, a lovely stay and we would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely place, quiet site, it had everything you needed in the property for us and our 2 grandchildren.

Very clean throughout and the beds were comfy too..a bonus to have 2 bathrooms. The dinner plates, cutlery and glasses were a bit grubby but a nice hot wash with fairy liquid and sparkling.. It was a 20 minute walk to the south beach but we drove , parked up and used the park and ride bus to bridlington centre. Overall, a good experience and would highly recommend.

We had a nice relaxing week at the lodge.

Good location for touring the local area. Lodge was well equipped with everything that we needed. We did have a problem with the heating/hot water but Paul the owner sorted this out for us quickly.

It was our first time in Bridlington and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The lodge was 5* and the site was well maintained and felt very secure. The lodge was spotless and very comfortable with everything you need for a nice break, we will definitely visit again.

Our second stay at lodge 7 Seabreeze Retreat and it didn’t disappoint, lodge is welcoming, exceptionally clean and cosy.

The welcome pack of milk, juice and a fruit bowl is a lovely touch. The site is well very kept although we were a little disappointed to find no onsite amenities as it is 7months since we last visited and a notice upon entering the site last year stated that amenities would be forthcoming. Nevertheless it did not spoil our stay and we had a lovely break.

What can I say gorgeous lodge with everything required for a 5 star break in peaceful surroundings.

The lodge is spacious with top quality furnishings and extremely comfy beds. Linen and towels are excellent quality and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The owner Paul was welcoming and informative and the site is clean and well kept. We will definitely be returning to this lovely lodge. PS A fan would have been welcome as it can get quite hot in the lodge with the extreme temperatures we had last week but that is the only minus.

stayed for 3night, lovely lodge on a quiet holiday park which is being developed,ideal for couples wanting to get away for a peaceful relaxing holiday, ideal for exploring the east coast.

The lodge is well equipped,broadband and large smart tv. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms,veranda with table and chairs.Would highly recommend and hopefully will be returning.
