The kitchen area is well laid out for preparing simple meals, while the dining table offers a relaxed setting for lingering over supper.

Afterwards, move through to the sitting area, where the TV and electric fire help create an easy-going evening, with gas central heating keeping the space pleasant whatever the weather is doing outside.

When it is time to turn in, a double bedroom and a twin room provide options for small families, friends, or couples looking for a bit of extra space, all served by a modern shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with an additional cloakroom for extra convenience.
