“A lovely Owners Caravan set in a good spot away from rental caravans , comfortable and welcoming ,the bath and second shower ,brilliant !”
Lovely view across the bay .
The Caravan unfortunately is a long way from the facilities all up hill and gradients . If you have mobility issues this definitely will effect you.Passes for any site use swimming ,or club are not included and have to be purchased .The Caravan although lovely is packed out with the owners personal items ,no cloths but every cupboard has personal items , bathrooms as well . Its if though they grabbed their cloths and left !
We were disappointed to find no welcome pack , no information what so ever on the Caravan or tv or electrical etc , no info on facilities or local attractions shops Supermarkets etc .
I sent the owners emails to ask questions on the info , it never arrived , we finally recieved one page of general info and post covid, Parking is up hill so make sure you have a good handbrake , there is in all honesty parking for one car and perhaps a tiny fiat .
So all in all that's it,
This is our honest opinion only with those points raised, hope the owners will take action on these little points, its still a lovely Caravan , and we appreciate the cost involved to run it .
Try it you might love it !
This is our 25th Holiday with Sykes in 5 years , i do not leave negative feedback lightly.

This delightful seaside town is one of the most popular holiday resorts all year round, and it is easy to see why when you stroll along the sea edge and enjoy the beautiful views. The lovely range of gift shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs offer all you need, while boat trips are a wonderful opportunity to spot the playful dolphins, seals and other rare animals and birds that inhabit the bay's sheltering waters. For the hands-on members of your party why not try sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, and power boating with expert tuition available? The famous poet, Dylan Thomas, penned many works with inspiration in New Quay including "Quite Early One Morning" and you can follow the Dylan Thomas trail around the town. Just 7 miles away is Aberaeron, a lively Georgian harbour town with multi-coloured cottages and a good selection of restaurants and inns. This wonderful area of Wales not only has stunning sandy beaches, but also beautiful countryside walks and the outstanding Devil's Bridge is world-renowned for the three bridges, the narrow gauge steam railway and the cascading waterfalls.
