We have just had a fantastic break at The Hideaway, it’s a lovely peaceful location with a great bar/restaurant with outside seating overlooking the fishing lakes. The accommodation is stylish, immaculately kept, warm and cosy (even on snowy April weekends), fully equipped kitchen, gated terrace with table & chairs and dog friendly too. It is only 10/15 minutes to Skegness/Ingoldmells/Chapel St Leonards so ideally located for families/fishermen/couples alike and with very competitive rates we look forward to our next stay there. We highly recommend The Hideaway at Herons Mead ????????

We booked our accommodation as we were attending the speed weekend at Skegness Raceway which is ideally located only 1 mile away. The holiday park is beautiful with fishing ponds on-site. The caravan itself was immaculate and is obviously very new. Plenty amenities provided by the owners which was appreciated especially the fan! Will definitely return again!

What a fantastic time me and my partner had at herons mead the holiday home was out of this world everything pristine very comfortable loads of room to move about the site was tranquil and very friendly the club house offered a great range of food at good prices also a great range of alcoholic beverages easy access to skegness and ingermals can't wait to book again

My husband and i have just returned from a lovely relaxing break at the hideaway. The caravan was spotless and well equipped. The campsite is lovely and peaceful with a bar/restaurant by the lake. We would highly recommend a stay at the hideaway.

My wife and I had a great stay here. The Hideaway caravan is situated in a quiet secluded corner of Herons Mead caravan park. Facilities were great and there was everything we needed for our cosy nights in. There are two bedrooms with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed with a comfortable mattress. We would recommend the Hideaway for a peaceful relaxing break. The location is ideally situated being a 10 minute drive to dining out and alll local attracttions.

Had a great stay with family of four. Caravan very clean, comfy beds and plenty of room which was great when had 2 days of really bad weather. DVD player and games were very useful to use as entertainment of our younger ones too. Plenty of room for car by the van and the site was great, friendly staff, lovely bar/restaurant and fishing was great. Husband and son had a great couple of days catching!! Great bank holiday weekend break!!

My family and I have had a lovely time at The Hideaway; a gorgeous, well equipped caravan, situated in a quiet corner of a friendly site. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday, with lots to do at local beaches and seaside towns. Emma was very helpful whenever we needed anything (including arranging for a new hair dryer to be delivered during our stay) and great at keeping in touch. It’s been the relaxing getaway we needed. Highly recommended!

Just got back from a last minute short stay here, the caravan was spotless , very comfortable and well equipped . The site it is on was lovely and the bar/restaurant was spot on sitting by the lake with some food and a beer you couldn’t get better. We would definitely recommend it all. We had one issue with the fridge but it was sorted very quickly by Emma sending over the information. We would definitely go back

We all had such a great holiday. Caravan was perfect caravan park was beautiful so peaceful and relaxing but still close enough to the hustle and bustle. Great customer service as was a late booking everything was handled brilliantly. Thankyou so much for a great holiday

Great location, about 5miles from skegness, lovely quiet site. The caravan is new and is very well equipped with everything you need. Spotless inside and nice minimal decor. Lovely quiet pitch on the site. I would highly recommend this caravan to anyone wanting access to the skegness area, but who doesn’t want to be in the thick of it.

My partner and I had a lovely relaxing stay. The caravan was clean and cozy and we LOVED the plush bedding. The campsite was quiet and close by to the towns we wanted to visit. Emmas instructions and directions to find the site and caravan were clear and she responded quickly to any queries we had during our stay. Would definitely visit again ????
