Description

The caravan is fitted with hand sanitiser dispensers, there is a digital thermometer to record your temperatures and bags for you to put your used bedding straight into that we can place straight in the washing machine to avoid the cross contamination.
We are wanting to make sure that you have a safe visit and help to put your mind at rest.

A beautiful caravan located on a plot with a stunning sea view and direct access to the beach.

It offers 2 Bedrooms, the first has a double bed with lots of storage and direct access to be toilet/shower room.
The second has 1 single bed offering lots of space and storage. Both bedrooms come with TV/DVD player
The second also has space for a travel cot or childs chair bed both provided free of charge
A fully fitted kitchen, with large fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all essential utensils.

The lounge offers a pull-out double bed, gas fire, TV, Wii games console + games, huge selection of DVDs and games, free WIFI and stunning sea views.
There is a dining room table with 4 chairs. A booster high chair can also be provided free of charge.

There is 1 bathroom with lovely power shower, the bathroom has two access doors one from Main bedroom the other from hallway.

The HUGE advantage of this Caravan is the STUNNING 150sqft Decking area that looks straight onto the beach and sea with NO restrictions, lots of our door seating for you to take in the amazing views. The decking area is totally secure with access only from inside the caravan.

Along with the attractions that are offer on site which include, SWIMMING, RESTAURANT, LARGE BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT AREA, NEWLY REFURBISHED ARCADE AREA, OUTDOOR PLAY AREA, FOOTBALL PITCH, CHIPPY. There are 2 funfairs within walking distance, regular local markets and car boots, lots of arcades. The direct coastal path offers lovely sea view walks and cycling .

Local supermarket is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk along the coastal path.

Plenty to do and visit in the local area or enjoy a trip out to local places such as Conway, Llandudno and Snowdonia.

Fantastic local bus services.

Please note that the prices DO NOT include the registration fees/passes that are required to be purchased by the park, this fee can be discussed when we know the total number in your party as the prices set by the park vary.

There will be a £50 non refundable deposit which must be received within 48hrs or the booking will be let go.
With full payment required 4 weeks before arriving.

There is a £50 damage bond that will be added to your booking this will be returned to you within 7 days of your holiday if there are no issues.

Minimum 3 night stay

You may arrive at the caravan from 3pm on the day of your arrival and checkout is 10am on your day of departure. ( any issues please get in touch)

Even though I ended up going on my own there was no hesitation in not going as having stayed here last year this caravan is superb in every way from the location being right next to the sea front with the walk/cycle route running along the front too, and the caravan with the wrap around and chairs available to relax on and admire the views and sunsets, inside the caravan is very clean and you have everything you need and want to use which is a credit to the owner’s and Martin who I’ve met is a great guy who takes care of things even down to the things like milk juice & cake left in the fridge for your arrival and I just can’t see how anyone would be disappointed and not enjoy there time here, I’ve already booked again for next year. :)

We’ve had a brilliant week away even with the weather being hit & miss. The caravan was lovely, a real home from home with the added bonus of the decking to sit outside and enjoy the view. There was also the added touch of tea, coffee, sugar, orange juice and a cake from the owners. Communication with the owners was spot on also. There’s also plenty of games to choose from in the caravan and lots to do on and off site. Will definitely be booking again in the future :)

Real home from home caravan,nothing required as everything already there waiting for you. Nice little touches like leaving a cake and milk and coffee and orange juice on arrival. Absolutely fantastic.can't praise this caravan and owner enough,.Apart from the spectacular views looking out to sea, the interior is also fantastic, loads of little touches that tell you the owners have put a lot of thought into all the age groups that will stay here. It is the best equipped and furnished that I have ever stayed in. Martin the owner is very nice to engage with,, the communication is fantastic.im not normally one for reviews but this one merits it,you really won't be disappointed if you book this, we have booked again for a number of breaks here. Very nice clean caravan in a ideal spot for amazing views of sea, amazing sunsets, and looking at stars on the balcony caravan has virtually everything you need, WiFi was a bonus, the owner Martin takes care of anything you require, nice touch to put milk, juice & chocolate cake in the fridge on arrival, booking the caravan was no problem and we will be coming back here again, I genuinely recommend this caravan. you won’t be disappointed.

The caravan was spotless when we arrived. And the owners were very welcoming and fantastic throughout our stay. Even though it was October the caravan was so warm and cozy. It was a wonderful stay. We will definitely be coming again.The view is just breathtaking! Looking straight out to sea from the decking. The swimming pool was amazing . So clean and lovely temperature. Such a great holiday!
